Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel.
Cons:

About a month before our trip, we contacted the hotel to ask whether our 3-year-old child could stay with us in the same bed in the double room we had booked. We never received a response.

After the free cancellation period had expired, and still having received no information from the hotel, we requested a free cancellation on August 9. This request was also completely ignored.

Then, on August 22, on the very day of our trip, the hotel simply cancelled our confirmed reservation. No message, no explanation, and no warning whatsoever.

If the hotel was unable or unwilling to accommodate us under these conditions, all they had to do was tell us in advance. They had an entire month to do so, which would have given us plenty of time to find another option. Instead, our messages were completely ignored and the reservation was cancelled at the very last moment.

The real issue here is the way guests are treated and the complete lack of communication. After this experience, I would not trust this property with my travel plans again.

Netter Empfang. Kostenloses Parken. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Auto und der Mitarbeiter Jürgen hat uns sehr geholfen und eine Werkstatt orhanisiert und mit der Mietwagenfirma telefoniert. Vielen Dank dafür.

Pros:

Excellent location at the start of the lakefront promenade. Very helpful staff and nice, small rooms with real wood furniture.

Cons:

Breakfast is good but the omelettes were very very oily. Parking although available is paid. The hotel did pay for us some of the parking but since it is not reserved it is a hit or miss experience.

Soggiorno rilassante a Pogradec
Pros:

Bella struttura arredata con cura ed attenzione. La camera nella quale abbiamo soggiornato era piccola però pulita e con tutti i comfort. Bello il pub/bar che si trova al di sotto delle camere. Sicuramente da sottolineare la tranquillità del posto anche se si trova a due passi dal centro della città. Molto buona ed abbonante la colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt☀️
Pros:

Das Fole Guest House ist ein kleines Hotel fast direkt am Ohridsee. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf den See war gemütlich und mit einem Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.
Unten im Hotel ist ein Restaurant aber auch im nahen Umkreis sind mehrere Möglichkeiten zu Abend zu essen. Wer gerne Fisch mag, sollte unbedingt ins „Oborri Familjar“ essen gehen. Dort gab es den besten Karpfen den wir je gegessen haben.
