Une première nuit décevante suivie de deux journée agréables et relaxantes

L’emplacement et le rapport qualité-prix

Cons:

Le bruit des environs et des voisins. C’est devenu agréable après leur départ. Aucune action de l’établissement.

Stay at the Ponta Mar Resort
Pros:

I will always choice 4 stars. Nice to be on the beach. Great to have someone waiting at the airport for the two hour ride to the resort.
Despite l had to change and cancel my reservation I still got the same room at the same price with any plenty cost, thanks.

Overall our stay was great, we particularly like the access to the beach and the food.
Pros:

We loved our stay at Ponta Mar Resort for the most part. We needed to stay an extra night before our original booking and they were able to accommodate us and the room was very clean and comfortable. And the access to the beach and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

The room we moved to for our original booking had issues with hot water and we had to ask for repairs twice. The housekeeping staff was not very accommodating as they kept coming back to ask if they could clean the room and when we finally left they never came back to do a thorough cleaning. After asking the reception for them to clean the room, they only changed our towels and left everything else as is...which was quite disappointing.
