petit-déjeuner copieux servi sur le toit-terrasse
Accès par une petite rue où il n'y a pas de circulation donc relativement 'calme' pour Gizeh (toutefois, il reste un espace entre les fenêtres et les murs, donc peu d'insonorisation) ! Literie confortable, chambres propres mais l'état général de cet hôtel qui semble pourtant récent laisse un peu à désirer (joints de douche sales ou absents / chauffe-eau non raccordé dans une chambre à notre arrivée par exemple = mais problème solutionné). Pour nous, le point le plus pénalisant est qu'il est noté la présence d'un ascenseur (dont j'ai pris la peine de me faire reconfirmer l'existence par message) = il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Certes le personnel est disponible pour toute assistance ou aider avec les bagages, mais pour nous, pour des raisons de santé, c'était un impératif, nous avons donc été très déçus que l'on nous ait menti ; les chambres ont été attribuées au 1er étage, mais la terrasse pour la vue et les repas est au 5ème...
Terrasse d'ailleurs peu sécurisée, attention aux travaux en cours (pas de garde-corps autour de la cage d'escalier sur la terrasse).

La literie neuve et de très bonne qualité.
Etablissement sans ascenseur.
Je me suis retrouvée au 4eme étage, l’étage de la cuisine et donc très bruyant le matin lors de la préparation du petit déjeuner. Il a fallu que je me lève à 6h pour demander le calme…

Uitstekende locatie, heerlijk dakterras met uitzicht op pyramides. Vriendelijk en uitermate behulpzaam personeel. Uitstappen werden van hieruit geregeld met deskundige hulp van Ahmed, bijgestaan door Karim, uitstekend chauffeur.
Eigenlijk niets, (tenzij misschien reparatie van wat stuk ging)
Bon emplacement, pas loin des pyramides. Personnel agréable et serviable. Belle vue du rooftop.

The views from the roof are beautiful . Beautiful in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening . It is far enough away so you don’t get the smell of the camels and horses . Many hotels with pyramid views have a very bad smell . Very nice clean rooms. Staff are kind . Rooms clean . Most importantly they are honest
