Super schöne Aussicht. Bett war bequem. Dusche lief einwandfrei. Seife war aufgefüllt. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier wurden sofort auf Anfrage gestellt. Personal war freundlich. Wir konnten gegen Aufpreis von 80000 pro Stunde den Checkout verlängern.
Lage war top. Mitten im Geschehen.
Booked this place for two nights but s but cancelled due to the front desk staff. He was unfriendly and rude!
The staff were great and accommodating and provided and early check in
The staffs are helpful but the hotel itself, it has a bad smell and my room smells cigarette and it’s not soundproof. I can literally hear snoring in the other room

Newer hotel where everything was clean and well functional. Staff helpful and upgraded the room as they had bigger empty rooms available with a large window. Location is great in center of town with easy access for taxies etc
Huge comfy and a lovely view. Staff were friendly too
The staff was very accommodating as we had only planned one night at the hotel but had to extend our stay due to illness. There were no complications and the employees even organised a doctor to come by the hotel and treat me as I was really weak.
It wouldn’t hurt to have some maintenance work done. For example the shower head in our room was completely broken and it wasn’t really possible to get a jet of water.

Small rooms can be small for 2 people. But large rooms are great.

The location is great, it's a walking distance to everything. The front desk day/night shift staff are super nice and friendly which made the stay ten times better. That's what made me happy with my choice of this hotel in Saigon.
This specific room size which family room is very small and the bathroom was not deeply cleaned. There are plenty of visible spots that could have been disinfected and cleaned. The kettle smelled of mold. And room doors were hard to close without making a loud noise.
