Vị trí gần ngay chợ Bến Thành, các khu phố dân sinh nên tiện cho việc đi lại, ăn uống. Xung quanh đầy đủ dịch vụ spa, cf, mua sắm.... Sang Quận 4 ăn ốc đêm rất gần. Vừa phải với giá tiền ở quận 1.
Một số dụng cụ hơi cũ, nên đầu tư thay thế!
Die Leute an der Rezeption waren alle so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut um die Stadt auch teilweise zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Es war jetzt nicht perfekt sauber, aber für den Preis und weil alles Andere gut war und die Leute so freundlich, stört das nicht wirklich wenn man das Zimmer sowie nur zum Schlafen nutzt.

De ligging was fijn
De kamer was echt niet wat we op de foto’s hadden gezien, we kregen een tweepersoons kamer waar we verder alleen onze backpacks op de grond konden leggen en toen was de kamer vol. We hadden 1 raam maar die keek uit op het trappenhuis dus geen daglicht.

I think this is exactly what you need if you want to spend a lot of time exploring the center. The location is wonderful, in a relatively calm street but close to anything you want to see. It borders the touristy part of town as well as the authentic neighbourhoods.
Once you get back to the hotel, there are no inconveniences. The entrance is open and someone at the reception is always ready to help you out.
The room is very straightforward but clean. Everything works like it is supposed to. Shower temperature is on point. Never take that last one for granted in Vietnam. A trustworthy place for a correct price that has no unexpected (negative) surprises unlike some other accommodations in HCMC.
