Simple, clean and efficient if you want to see a lot in a limited amount of time.
Pros:

I think this is exactly what you need if you want to spend a lot of time exploring the center. The location is wonderful, in a relatively calm street but close to anything you want to see. It borders the touristy part of town as well as the authentic neighbourhoods.
Once you get back to the hotel, there are no inconveniences. The entrance is open and someone at the reception is always ready to help you out.
The room is very straightforward but clean. Everything works like it is supposed to. Shower temperature is on point. Never take that last one for granted in Vietnam. A trustworthy place for a correct price that has no unexpected (negative) surprises unlike some other accommodations in HCMC.
