Unfortunately, my stay at Sharks Bay Oasis did not meet my expectations.

My experience started poorly because my room was not ready upon arrival. I had to wait about 90 minutes, and after repeatedly following up with the reception staff, I eventually accompanied the housekeeping team to the room and waited while they finished cleaning it before I could check in.

The reception area also needs better cleanliness and organization. During my stay, I witnessed several arguments between reception staff and guests, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere.

Another inconvenience was the lack of a direct room service phone. Guests have to contact room service using a mobile phone, and Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area.

The breakfast buffet was very basic with limited choices, and the restaurant itself could benefit from improvements in furniture, layout, and overall presentation.

On the positive side, the hotel's location in Sharks Bay is excellent, and the sea view is beautiful.

I hope the management focuses on improving service quality because the hotel has a fantastic location that deserves a much better guest experience.

Booking’de kahvaltısız Sadece Oda: seçeneği yoktu mecburen kahvaltı dahil aldık yemeyeceğimiz kahvaltıyı ödemek zorunda kaldık. Gece uçuşumuz olduğu için sabah kahvaltısından yararlanamayacaktık onun yerine erken kahvaltılık veya atıştırmalık talep ettik veya öğle yada akşam yemeği için indirim talep ettik onu da kabul etmediler. Ödediğiniz paranın karşılığını alamıyorsunuz.

Resepsiyondakiler mutsuz çalışıyorlar ve müşteriye yansıtıyorlar hizmet sektöründe gibi davranmıyorlar . Check in için 1 saat odanın temizlenmesini bekledik organize değiller rezervasyonumdan çok farklı balkonsuz ve manzarasız kirli yanlış oda verdiler sonra başka oda istedim o da kirli ve sinekliydi ilaçlama ve temizlik yapıldı yine bekletildik.

Room was absolutely filthy as well as the mattress and bed. I booked an ocean front view room but was told when I arrived that those rooms weren't available. I was also told airport shuttle was included but when we tried to use the service upon departure from the hotel, the front desk gave us a very hard time until we threatened to reach out to booking.com then they finally got us a taxi to the airport
