Todo , habitaciones sucias , recepción y personal borde y sin ganas de trabajar , pone que tiene transporte al aeropuerto , pero te dicen que no les funciona el coche y te pidas un taxi que es barato nose como booking puede trabajar con ellos

Es hieß check in 00:00-0:00 vom 25ten bis 28ten 2 Tage , Musste nur bis 28ten in Sharm El Sheikh bleiben um dann meine Brüder und meinen Vater von Flughafen abzuholen. Jedoch wurde mir bei Ankunft das Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Resort verwehrt und behauptet ich müsste / Könnte erst um 12:00 Mittags einchecken obwohl auf der Buchung genau 00:00 zeigt und ich erst um 1uhr einchecken wollte. darauf hin hatte ich den kontakt via Ägyptischer Nummer Kontaktiert und der meinte eben schon vor meiner Präsenz im Resort dass ich das nicht so gebucht hätte , dann war ein Mitarbeiter so freundlich und sah meine Frustration als ich mir ein InDrive(Local Taxi app) bestellt hatte zum Resort auf eigene Kosten.Dann musste ich für damit dass ich eine Nacht von 28ten morgens bis mittags 10Stunden ungefähr 40Dollar Usd bezahlen, hatte nur Euro in Bar und habe dann in 40€ Euro bezahlt und den Rest als Trinkgeld gelassen. weiß nicht ob das rechtens war aber ja das war meine Erfahrung und habe dann mittags ein zimmer denke D4 hieß die Nummer bekommen wo nichtmal richtig der Wasserhahn funktioniert hatte , musste 40€ extra zahlen hatte kein Airport Shuttle bekommen . Und das zweite zimmer in dem ich dann vom 25mittags -28ten um 20uhr blieb war komplett am Anfang der Rezeption am Anfang des Resort musste immer wieder gefühlt 40 Min hoch lang runter + 40min zurück rauf und runterlaufen zum Frühstücksbuffet oder zur Strandbar /Zu den liegen

Worse place ever

Unfortunately, my stay at Sharks Bay Oasis did not meet my expectations.

My experience started poorly because my room was not ready upon arrival. I had to wait about 90 minutes, and after repeatedly following up with the reception staff, I eventually accompanied the housekeeping team to the room and waited while they finished cleaning it before I could check in.

The reception area also needs better cleanliness and organization. During my stay, I witnessed several arguments between reception staff and guests, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere.

Another inconvenience was the lack of a direct room service phone. Guests have to contact room service using a mobile phone, and Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area.

The breakfast buffet was very basic with limited choices, and the restaurant itself could benefit from improvements in furniture, layout, and overall presentation.

On the positive side, the hotel's location in Sharks Bay is excellent, and the sea view is beautiful.

I hope the management focuses on improving service quality because the hotel has a fantastic location that deserves a much better guest experience.
