Terrible.
It says that airport transfer is included in the price. However, when I called the hotel, they falsely claimed that the vehicle was broken.
Dirty room

Nothing really

I had 3 room there 2 for 4 nights and 1 for 2 nights one of the 4 nights rooms i took it from the reception and paid there it was including the dinner for two adults we had the dinner for 2 nights only cause the food was awful then i asked the reception that i don't need the dinner for the rest of our stay which is 2 nights more and he said ok we will refund it upon checkout
Upon checkout they refused to refund me saying that we didn't change our bracelets which no one asked for it and when we said no one told us it's the reception issue they said but you've had your dinner already while no one of us went for dinner and i showed them the receipts of the dinner for this two nights from outside restaurants they said we will ask the boy from the kitchen if he saw you in the dinner last night i said no check the cameras cause I'm not going to take a word from a guy who sees everyone everyday
But they refused to check the cameras which gave me the feeling that this cameras are not working
Then i had to leave as my car was waiting for me
The reception supervisor gave me his number to follow up with me but when i tried to contact him he's not responding even on the whatsapp
And during the stay no housekeeping at all and when i asked to send me one for 1 room only they said ok but no one came to clean .
