Nothing actually
The AC never worked althrough my stay. The room was so hot with just a little standing fan. I didn't get the value for my money. The food wasn't nice..Gosh!
The price is friendly. The staff communicate and respond fast
The towel was dirty, had to call their attention. They turned off the air conditioner at midnight, making the room humid and hot. Lastly, breakfast was not included, like they advertised. I was charged extra for it.
Breakfast was ok
I don't like the way one of the staff talk or attend to me. Her name was Angel. She almost made me check out. But thanks to the manager and supervisor that handled the matter amicably. But in all I enjoyed my stay.
Constant electricity and less disturbance
I had to always call for clean up of my room and the toiletries are not given to me always
