Great value for money, lovely food, but wouldn’t say it’s a 5* resort
Pros:

Food was great, lots of options during the day. The shuttle bus to the beach is also good and the area the hotel has on the beach is really nice - the beach restaurant is also great as it serves lunch, drinks and ice cream.
Theres lots of entertainment on during the day and night for families. The kids loved the kids pool and the water slides.
It was my husbands birthday and the hotel made a lovely effort to make it special.

Cons:

It’s not really a 5* hotel. Checkin experience was really poor, we weren’t given any information about the restaurants or hotel on check in, and weren’t explained about the towel cards and assumed they were room cards. There were some issues with another family on checkin so that could be why the receptionist was too preoccupied to properly welcome us.
The sun lounger situation is terrible - they are all reserved with towels by 9am. You have to go out at 7.30am to get a decent sun lounger.
There was only one lift in the blocks we were staying in. We were also on the 5th floor and didn’t want to be climbing stairs all the time, but had to because the wait for the lift was ridiculous on some occasions.
Most of the staff are very helpful, but some don’t give a 5* service.

Super Hotel! 🥰
Pros:

Das Hotel hat meiner Familie äußerst gut gefallen!
Besonders:
- der Spa-Bereich (Hamam und Massagen),
- viel Platz (sowohl im Zimmer als auch überall im Hotel),
- leckeres, vielfältiges Essen,
- sehr freundliches und äußerst aufmerksames Personal,
- Bus-Shuttle zum Strand (Top-Orga),
- der Hotelbereich am Meer ist super (die Strandbar bietet neben Getränken auch ein schönes Mittagsbuffet).

Auf die häufig in den Bewertungen gelesene Rückmeldung, dass das Essen zu europäisch sei, kann ich hier sagen: Das Buffet ist riesig. Wenn man genau hinsieht, findet man jede Menge lokale, leckere Spezialitäten. Außerdem gab es jeden Abend Specials!

Zum Platz: Das Hotel war restlos ausgebucht und wir haben trotzdem immer eine Liege nah am Pool und auch schattig ohne „Reservierung“ gefunden. Am Meer gibt es mehr als ausreichend Liegen. Wenn wir ein ruhiges Plätzchen jenseits des Trubels brauchten, gab es überall mehr als ausreichend gemütliche Ausweichorte!

Egyszerűen pazar volt! Életünk legjobb nyaralása volt és ebbe nagyon nagy szerepet játszott maga a szálloda. A szoba , a személyzet , a szolgáltatások. Mi biztos visszafogunk még ide jönni . Hálás köszönet :)))))

The facilitates and the restaurant is perfect.

Cons:

The hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. However, the beds were not very comfortable and the mattresses were quite hard. The swimming pools were also almost always crowded with children, and children were frequently using the adults-only pool as well.

Overall, I would say the hotel is much more suitable for families with children than for couples or honeymooners.

Pros:

Расписывать не буду, так как у всех разные потребности. Отдыхали с 4.08.26 по 11.08.26 и это был прекрасный отдых. Пытался найти у себя в голове, что мяня могло бы не устроить или показаться минусом в этом отеле, ничего не нашёл, по мне он идеален (моё личное мнение). Мы хотели бы в него вернуться снова.

Pros:

Csodás személyzet, finom ételek, remek programok. A szálloda tökéletes volt egy egy hetes nyraláshoz, 2 kisgyermekkel (4,7). Folyamatos programlehetőségek, szuper medencék, csodás partszakasz. Mindennel maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve. A személyzetnél külön szeretném kiemelni, hogy mindenki de tényleg mindenki fantasztikusan barátságos ( a picérek, pultosok, a parton, az úszómesterek, de még a kertészek is :) Szuper csapat! ❤️)

Cons:

Talán a liftek okoztak némi kellemetlenséget de hát hova siet az ember nyaraláskor? ;)
