The facilitates and the restaurant is perfect.

Cons:

The hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. However, the beds were not very comfortable and the mattresses were quite hard. The swimming pools were also almost always crowded with children, and children were frequently using the adults-only pool as well.

Overall, I would say the hotel is much more suitable for families with children than for couples or honeymooners.

Pros:

Расписывать не буду, так как у всех разные потребности. Отдыхали с 4.08.26 по 11.08.26 и это был прекрасный отдых. Пытался найти у себя в голове, что мяня могло бы не устроить или показаться минусом в этом отеле, ничего не нашёл, по мне он идеален (моё личное мнение). Мы хотели бы в него вернуться снова.

Pros:

Csodás személyzet, finom ételek, remek programok. A szálloda tökéletes volt egy egy hetes nyraláshoz, 2 kisgyermekkel (4,7). Folyamatos programlehetőségek, szuper medencék, csodás partszakasz. Mindennel maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve. A személyzetnél külön szeretném kiemelni, hogy mindenki de tényleg mindenki fantasztikusan barátságos ( a picérek, pultosok, a parton, az úszómesterek, de még a kertészek is :) Szuper csapat! ❤️)

Talán a liftek okoztak némi kellemetlenséget de hát hova siet az ember nyaraláskor? ;)

Ich würde trotz kleiner Unannehmlichkeiten wieder kommen, denn letztendlich waren wir als Familie zufrieden.
Pros:

Am besten hat mir das freundliche Personal in der Unterkunft gefallen, das immer hilfsbereit war.
Ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Das Essen war hervorragend und weitestgehend stets abwechslungsreich. Meinen Kindern haben die Rutschen und der Pool sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Es gab zu wenige Aufzüge. Der Abfluss in meinem Zimmer war ständig verstopft und der Abfluss im Zimmer meiner älteren Kinder hat leider sehr unangenehm gerochen.

Pros:

Schickes Hotel, tolles Familienzimmer. Große Auswahl an leckerem Essen. Rutschen, Kinderpool und der große Pool sind top. Top Klimaanlagen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist großartig sowie alle Service- und Reinigungskräfte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir von der Rezeption: Ünzile, Ibrahim und Adil! Danke für alles. Und vom Service fast alle, aber besonders: Ramazan, Mehmet, Talha, Ayse, Haci, Mehmet und Murat!

Cons:

Fahrstuhl Verkehr ist schleppend manchmal und besseres Animationsteam. Indiskrete Toiletten im Zimmer.

Nice rooms and pool, but the service and management completely ruined our stay

Modern rooms, a great swimming pool and friendly afternoon reception staff.

Cons:

Poor food with very limited choice, extra charges for many items, unprofessional management, unfriendly morning reception staff, poor complaint handling and no nearby attractions.
