The bathroom wash basin tap is not working. The bathroom window is open and opening to the next bathroom. So it was noicy in our room when other room was occupied.This 105 room. 106 is ok. Breakfast timings 9 am is too late. No coffee or tea served.

The stay and room everything was ok in bathroom from ventilator peigon are their feathers are falling in bathroom and more over I had paid the amount before going to room only in cash but they were asking me till I checked out I had paid in cash to a house keeping staff I don't understand how will they keep on asking while checked out also the lady is coming and asking did u pay or not I don't understand and no front desk manager except this everything ok

Cons:

There was not even a wash basin in the bathroom. No drinking water, no clean towels and shower kit or dental kit. There were no staff at night. We booked a stay for 3 nights and after the first night, we were asked to shift to another room. This change of room was not communicated during the booking time and we waited around half an hour to get the newly allotted room cleaned.

Unprofessional, Filthy, and Fraudulent – Avoid This Place!
Our stay here was an absolute disaster and completely ruined our trip. Despite paying the full amount in advance through Booking.com, the staff claimed they were overbooked, blamed the platform, and only "arranged" a room after we pleaded with them. Instead of the private double bedroom with a hall and kitchen that we paid for, they forced us into a 3-bedroom apartment shared with a completely random family. The property itself is just a basic residential building with zero hospitality: the swimming pool was filthy, the bedsheets were covered in stains, and neither the bedroom nor the bathroom doors could be locked or even closed properly, completely compromising our privacy. Additionally, the location is down an incredibly narrow road that is nearly impossible for car access, and they don't serve breakfast until 10:00 AM, which is completely unreasonable when traveling with kids under 10 who cannot wait that long to eat. This place is total garbage, completely misrepresented on this site, and Booking.com needs to investigate their fraudulent room allocation.
