Nothing except location

Cons:

. The condition of the room is not at all good. Bathroom door is completely broken. I tried to switch on the tv in the common area even that is broken. Advertisement was done for parking but my car is parked in the roadside even there is space inside. This is not at all a good experience. Myself I am a hotelier and feels cheated to have paid more than what was advised. During check out staff Directly asked for tips. Booking com is worse on top of that. No resolution. I want a refund.

Ruined holiday. Happened to see the reveiws posted now. wished i had seen it earlier.
Pros:

Nothing much. There was nothing to like about except for the staff. Location is not great. its kind of just ok. its not in a posh neighbourhood. it is located on a very narrow street and obviously there is no traffic on the street.

Cons:

Pretty much everything. this was not a villa as claimed on the booking.com site. its an 3 bed room apartment. the place was tidy. We got a three bed room flat. Dining table was usable. Sofa's are hard wood and not at all ergonimic and is very uncomfotable to sit. TV is common in the living room for all the three rooms and thans to the SOFA - one will not sit and watch. The Linen used on the bed was very poor and worn out. Inspite of requesting for a change, it was done only the following day again with similar worn out ones. We asked for checked in at 12 but the property did not respond and when we showed up the rooms were not ready. Poor bed sheets, towel. One of the rooms did not have a wash basin in the toilet. Where ever wash basin is provided - its very tiny and i would not evern say functional. Toileteries provided is only 2 small soaps per room and nothing else. Breakfast : One is better off not having it. it was cold and a packed breakfast which is delivered to the room at 9:30 am. No beverages provided. There is no hot beverages provided with breakfast. There is a kitchen which is fully empty but for the cupboards. There is no Stove / Induction / microwave provided. Basic water heating kettle is also missing. There is an RO filter that is installed. There were 6 plates provided and tiny coffee cups provided when we asked for it. We had booked for 3 nights and checked out after two nights. We left the keys in the reception as no one was around. No one called us to check either. parking is again a musical chair. its first come first. If you get a parking - good, else street parking is the option. Swimming pool is a ready made FRP tank swimming pool that occupies the space of two car parks in the ground floor parking area adjoining the reception. Pls do not get carried away by the pictures on the site. It is a basic budjet homestay without food.

No Service at all. Room door handle broken, Swimming pool is just for name sake and it’s projected so clean in the promotional pictures, it was not clean at all. No one will use it for sure. No help with luggage. Absolutely bad experience. Breakfast packed and not good at all. Please remove this property from your listing. Would not recommend this to anyone. Parking issue at property.
