Location of the hotel, cleanliness of the room
Also the free coffee & tea in the corridor is a nice courtesy

Cons:

Very poor sound isolation from both the room's door and the room's main window (main street in front).
No staff to be seen, not even to check-out around 08:00
A bit cumbersome online process to check-in

Sehr zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal. Helles modernes Zimmer, sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Kaffee-Ecke im Flur mit kostenlosen Getränken.
Wunderbares Frühstück im „Bistro“, alles gut beschriftet, toller Kaffee und ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Käse, feine Müsli, frisch geschnittene Früchte im Glas, knuspriges Brot … perfekt - Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dichtung in der Dusche war defekt; habe ich repariert. Schrauben vom Stuhl waren locker; habe ich angezogen.

Alles war sehr sauber und relativ neu. Es gab Kaffee, Tee und Wasser rund um die Uhr. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Selbst Check-in war gewöhnungsbedürftig zumal wir bei einer Nachfrage an das Hotelpersonal auf die App verwiesen worden sind.

Nonostante avessi pagato in anticipo con booking ho potuto fare il check in online solo pagando una seconda volta e a oggi l'hotel continua a dire che loro non hanno ricevuto da me 2 pagamenti, nonostante abbia presentato la copia dell'avvenuto pagamento a Booking, che per l'hotel non sarebbe una ricevuta di pagamento ma solo una ricevuta di prenotazione.
Vergognosi veramente.
Sarebbe opportuno un intervento diretto di Booking sull'hotel per charire la situazione

Hôtel sans humain, personne pour vous aider à faire le checking car vous devez le faire seul et sans aide. On était 3 personnes dans le même cas. Le personnel est là que pour la partie restaurant et ne veulent surtout pas vous aider.

De ontvangst. Geen receptie. Op de kamer hoor je veel rumoer en heel erg veel verkeerslawaai.
Er was televisie, deed het wel, maar geen signaal. Je kon niemand vragen want de receptie was onbemand.
Ga hier niet weer heen.
