Estupendo hotel para visitar la Puerta del Cielo. Personal encantador . Merece mucho la pena

Nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Es un hotel familiar sencillo pero muy agradable. Esta situado para ir a pie hasta la entrada de la puerta del Cielo. El personal muy volcado en hacernos la estancia lo mas agradable posible. nos fueron a buscar al aeropuerto y nos ayudaron con los cambios de planes que tuvimos que hacer al haberse retrasado nuestro vuelo. Las habitaciones muy cucas y cómodas.

Grazie alla responsabile dell'hotel Peng il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo. La ragazza ci è venuta a prendere in aeroporto, ci ha aiutati a scegliere i migliori pacchetti per le entrate al parco e spiegato i vari percorsi. Il primo giorno mio marito ha avuto un problema di salute ed è riuscita a cancellare i biglietti senza penali. Veramente senza di lei non so come avremmo fatto visto che quasi nessuno parla inglese. Hotel nuovo, camere belle e ampie.

Cons:

Purtroppo la colazione è inesistente per i turisti europei. Un hotel così di buon livello non può permettersi di offrire una colazione scadente priva di un qualsiasi dolce, brioche, torta, cappuccino, bevanda fresca come succhi, yogurt. Peccato.

Die Unterkunft war toll. Das Personal war sehr nett, holte uns selbst vom Bahnhof ab und gab uns noch Tipps für den Nationalpark.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig, vor allem durch den nahegelegenen Flughafen. Da wir so müde waren, hat uns das aber nicht sehr gestört.

Super hôtel, mais défaillance du système électrique trop complexe de l'hôtel.
Pros:

Personnel agréable et nous aillant beaucoup aidé pour organiser nos visites. Hôtel très proche de l'aéroport. Changement de chambre en classement supérieur (suite à problème d'électricité).

Cons:

Problème d'électricité dans notre première chambre : petite électrocution après avoir touché une lampe, ce qui a fait sauter les plombs; nous avons donc demandé de changer de chambre car nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité dedans. Petit déjeuner très limité en choix (ni beurre ni confiture).

Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. They arranged a free pick-up at the airport and a taxi the next day.
The room was very good and comfy with new installations. No detail missing!

Cons:

Breakfast with some western stuff like butter and jam would have been very appreciated.
