Central location, 5 min walk to the beach, the High street shops, restaurants and ADO bus station.
Two supermarkets Wallmart and Soriana are 15 min walk away.
Free outdoor swimming pool for the block residents.
Good stable Internet connection.

Cons:

In Mexico, Tap water is not drinkable.

Perfect accomodation for the vacation.
Pros:

Everything was more than perfect. The flat was perfectly clean, really comfortable and Has a great location, near to the store, to the Port to Cozumel, Playacar Beach and Playa del Carmen.
Me and my Family enjoyed a lot our stay, so that we book the property at the beginning and at the end of our vacation.
The host was absolutely at our disposal for questions or by Problems.
We really appreciated the free parking place under the bildung. Many thanks a lot!
