Pros:

방 문에 문제가 있었지만 바로 해결되었고 호스트분께서 죄송하다고 담배 맥주 과자 육포 물 여러가지 사다주셨어요 오히려 제가 더 죄송할 만큼 너무 대처를 잘해주셨어요 무엇보다 엄청 친절하시고 객실 내에 세심함이 느껴졌어요 욕실 크기도 괜찮았고 가격도 저렴하면서 세탁기 가스레인지 조리기구 등 다 있어서 너무 좋았어요 무엇보다 돈키호테 한국식품점 마트 드럭스토어가 다 도보로 가능한게 제일 큰 장점이에요 돈키호테는 호텔 바로 건너편에 잇는게 넘 좋아요 베란다 흡연 가능하다고 하셨는데 객실 내에 담배냄새 하나도 안 났어요 도쿄 또 가면 무조건 여기로 숙소 잡을 것 같아요

Great location, super clean, host was very responsive.
Pros:

Loved that there were multiple grocery stores, combini and a drugstore within 5minutes walk. Also liked that location is in the heart of Korea town and just down the street from donki. The drug store nearby was the only place I found that had small 4 diaper packs when we ran out after checking many other drugstores in the main Shinjuku area.

Cons:

Location is a bit far from main Shinjuku station if you have small kids who get tired easily. Didn't realize how close we were to a hospital so there are random ambulance sirens throughout the night but we were so tired we didn't hear them that often.
