It was fine for 2 nights but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Location was great and staff were very helpful!

Cons:

The room was quite grubby and cleanliness definitely wasn’t 100%. Our sheets were dirty on the first night and the staff changed them. The second night the room smelled like sewage to the point we had to move rooms.

Pros:

Quirky place, helpful staff. Our wavy walled room was big..others very small.
Excellent position for all we wanted.

Cons:

Electricity kept coming and going. Dark on rooftop and no light obviously to use stairs coming down. Obviously not anyones fault but one room out of 4 had to evacuate their room at 4am as air con was flooding water into their room. Again staff were helpful and money for night was returned as gesture of goodwill.
Picnic table on roof also broke- weakened by sun they said. We were ok with all this. It was very cheap! Step down in the bedroom making it harder to navigate at night.

Elevator only from Level 1 and deluxe balcony room room had shower over bath not as indicated on booking site.

Great location
Pros:

Great location and a decent room for the price. Lovely staff.

Cons:

The glasses and spoons in the room were dirty. We only stayed one night so didn’t bother so much. The windows in our rooms were on a mezzanine that was too small to get on which was odd.

overall its good value for money
Pros:

The location is great but not reachable by car, need to walk around 1 min after ger down from car. Many food options nearby and the mightmarket is nearby too. The design to put bathtub inside the room is incredible as a decoration. Hotel staff are helpful.

Cons:

The hotel cleanliness. It's the old floor tiles and i would suggest to grout clean the stuburn stain. There are dust near the toilet vent.

Cons:

there is no hotel kitchen, no breakfast provided. I was there for three nights and had to ask for toilet paper. there was no room service. the phone in the room didn't work.

Très bon séjour à Hué
Pros:

Chambre confortable, literie confortable. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Possibilité de louer scooter facilement. Bon emplacement.
