Pros:

All staff were accomodating and willing to help in every possible way. They will do their best to satisfy the customer. Thank you Cess and Jane.

Cons:

The room smell moldy, the door locks were not working. The wear and tear of the room were visible. No wardrobe for clothes.

Fairly disappointed, the establishment lacks strong management.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and available, the room was spacious.

Cons:

Wifi did not work. There's no excuses, despite the bad weather and the floods wifi was working in every other establishment i've been to.

The room was not clean. A so called 4 star hotel should have standards: the toilet door was so dirty, top of the bedside lamp, all the top of the bed, everything was filled with dust.

Breakfast was poor and the table didnt have a setting. It takes so little to make a difference.

Decent place to stay
Pros:

It is close to the mall and restaurants. They offer every day room cleaning which is the best - housekeeping staff are awesome. You just have to pay for breakfast as it does not come for free. The food selection is good and I like it that they serve dishes that I miss and typically eaten during breakfast by Filipinos.

Cons:

The internet connection is iffy. We have to call at least 3 times at one time just to get the internet working. It was resolved eventually but the frustration of not having a reliable internet connection when you need it the most is what breaks the deal. We even have to change rooms due to humidity in the room and a loud exhaust fan in the bathroom which makes sleeping uncomfortable.

A Rainy experience at Mella Hotel
Pros:

I like the swimming pool area in spite of bad weather, the staff allowed us to swim and be reminded to be cautious.
I like the design of rest room in the lobby area and pool area.Staffs were accomodating.

Food in breakfast: Champorado is the best, and cucumber drinks (dessert).

Cons:

I noticed that the floor in buffet area was kinda nakakastumble effect. Many times I experienced it maybe they should change the flooring.
The carpet also in the 4th floor smelled bad unlike the lower ground, it smelled good.
Also, pls make sure to refill the lotion in the bathroom, there's little amount on it but it smells good.

Breakfast buffet- siomai was stiff, parang di nasteam well.

These were things to improve.

The warm attitude and helpfulness from everyone working there.

Cons:

Coming from Europe, where most properties have double-glazing in their windows, it's not only for temperature insulation but also for noise reduction. Noise came primarily from outside, such as from motorcycles and airplanes. But in the long run, you adopt.
