It is close to the mall and restaurants. They offer every day room cleaning which is the best - housekeeping staff are awesome. You just have to pay for breakfast as it does not come for free. The food selection is good and I like it that they serve dishes that I miss and typically eaten during breakfast by Filipinos.
The internet connection is iffy. We have to call at least 3 times at one time just to get the internet working. It was resolved eventually but the frustration of not having a reliable internet connection when you need it the most is what breaks the deal. We even have to change rooms due to humidity in the room and a loud exhaust fan in the bathroom which makes sleeping uncomfortable.

I like the swimming pool area in spite of bad weather, the staff allowed us to swim and be reminded to be cautious.
I like the design of rest room in the lobby area and pool area.Staffs were accomodating.
Food in breakfast: Champorado is the best, and cucumber drinks (dessert).
I noticed that the floor in buffet area was kinda nakakastumble effect. Many times I experienced it maybe they should change the flooring.
The carpet also in the 4th floor smelled bad unlike the lower ground, it smelled good.
Also, pls make sure to refill the lotion in the bathroom, there's little amount on it but it smells good.
Breakfast buffet- siomai was stiff, parang di nasteam well.

Coming from Europe, where most properties have double-glazing in their windows, it's not only for temperature insulation but also for noise reduction. Noise came primarily from outside, such as from motorcycles and airplanes. But in the long run, you adopt.
