They mention a swimming pool but it was closed. The location is so far from Seoul so i have to travel every day 1h30 to the city center. There are mosquito in the second night do i did not sleep well at all.

Lo que no tiene nada que ver con el hotel pero si se tiene que tener en cuenta , està muy lejos de todo. 1,5h para llegar aeropuerto i 1,45 para llegar a Seúl.

My Experience at This Hotel – Very Disappointing
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The reality was completely different from what we expected based on the photos. The pictures are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the accommodation.
The walls were dirty, the bed was too small despite choosing the most expensive room option, and there was a terrible, unpleasant smell in the room. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room, which is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene.
The bed linen was dirty, and the slippers had holes in them. We were told that the bed linen would be changed, but this was never done. Even more disappointingly, we left the hotel in the morning and returned in the evening to find that our room had not been cleaned at all. This demonstrates a serious lack of attention to basic housekeeping standards and guest comfort.
Furthermore, cleaning products were charged separately, which is disappointing for a hotel advertised as a 4-star property.
In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. Based on the cleanliness, hygiene, condition of the room, and overall experience, it is much closer to a 1-star hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting comfortable, clean, and high-quality accommodation. The experience was far below our expectations, and the hotel urgently needs to improve its cleanliness, housekeeping services, maintenance, and overall standards.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti. Il personale si è dimostrato professionale, anche se un po' freddo e distaccato nell'accoglienza. La camera era un po' risicata negli spazi, soprattutto gestendo valigie di grandi dimensioni, ma è risultata abbastanza in ordine. Nel complesso una soluzione adeguata per un soggiorno breve.
The location was ok, from staff only one person was talking in English. The rooftop place was perfect.
The floor in the room was very dirty, Air-condition was working very loudly, in another room the water was dropping from air-condition. It was not possible to sleep normally. The hotel was not so clean as others.
It was a good location. Was surrounded by close attractions. It was quite. The subways was right across the street.

Customer satisfaction is not in the hotel's interest. The hotel offers absolutely no accommodations. Absolutely not recommended! Beware of the very good reviews!
