موقع واطلاله جميله والباقي سيء 👎
Pros:

الموقع والاطلاله حلوين وتقريبا هي احسن شي فيه ..
وجود البقالة بنفس المكان كان حلو ومريح كمان ..
موظف الاستقبال كان بشوش وتعامله محترم ..

Cons:

اما بخصوص السلبيات فهي الاهم ..

1. انا اكدت عليهم وراسلتهم من خلال التطبيق ان عندي حساسية من الغبار واحتاج الغيارات تكون نظيفه وبدون غبار .. ولكن اللي حصل ان الغيارات كانت مغبره وماقدرت انام من كثر الحكه وحتى لما طلبت مخده جديده جاتني مغبره برضه .. والكنب تجلس عليه جسمك كله يحكك من كمية الغبار وكمان عليه وسخ و قضيت 3 ايام بدون نوم زين ..

2. دورات المياه فيها ذباب البلاعات بشكل كبيييير بكل زاوية وللاسف يطلعوا على غرفة النوم ..

3. عزل الصوت سييييييء جدا يعني لو انت نومك خفيف والمنتجع مليان ماحتعرف تنام واللي حولك صاحيين وهذا اللي صار معايا ..

4. وهو الاهم نسيت عندهم فيش سفر مع كيبل قيمتها اكثر من200 وراسلتهم وبلغتهم بالضبط اني نسيته مشبوك مكان الغلاية احتاج منكم تحتفظولي فيه وانا برسل احد ياخذه لكن قالوا بنشوف لك وبعدها ماردوا علي ابدا قد ما اتصلت ورسلت على الواتس وعدى 10 ايام على تواصلي معاهم وانا اكتب هذا التقييم دون رد ..

5. مستوى النظافه متدني عندهم طلبت غدا من خدمة الغرف ولما خلصت كلمتهم عشان ياخذوا الصحون قالي خليها برا الغرفه وبنجي ناخذها .. جلست الصحون لثاني يوم الى ان صار لها ريحة في المكان وعليها ذباب وبعوض ورجعت كلمت الاستقبال ورسل العامل اخذها ..

Amazing, but room need to more AC, no AC at all

Breakfast is excited and full of choices,

Cons:

However, my booking was for me and wife with my two kids, and they mentioned breakfast including.
But when we went to the restaurant, they informed us we have to pay for one children because the reservation is includes only one child, which was unbelievable.

The location only. However, it is also doesn't work during the season of humidity.

Cons:

The room service litrely doesn't exist. You just call to room service and they forget you forever or they will never answer your call so help yourself.
The recipient service is also worse, requested a vat invoice upon leaving however they will never provide you VAT invoice upon leaving and will probably say that it will be sent to you shortly by the evening. However, that evening will come after a week or more after continuous follow-ups.
