Ótima localização
Pros:

A limpeza e a localização são excelentes.

Cons:

Não gostei do atendimento na recepção em minha chegada. Uma das funcionárias nos tratou com ironia, e a outra fez cara feia enquanto deixávamos nossas malas antes do check-in.

Gut & empfehlenswert für 2-3 Nächte
Pros:

Schönes und modernes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Guter Standort direkt vor einer U-Bahnstation.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer nur ein nach unten kippbares Fenster (eigentlich hätte man es überhaupt nicht öffnen sollen da man fürs schließen einen extra Stange benötigte).
Im Zimmer war es schnell stickig und auch heiß was dazu geführt hat, dass wir auch nachts die Klimaanlage laufen lassen mussten. Das Fenster hatten wir zwar manchmal doch offen aber sobald es regnet muss man es wieder schließen. Leider unpraktisch aber sonst alles gut.

Not to my taste
Pros:

Though I did not end up staying from what I could see the linens and carpet were clean

Cons:

I booked this hotel but ended up staying somewhere else instead because the room felt dark and dingy - once I saw that the window was not functional (couldn’t open curtains and glass was frosted over) it wasn’t suitable for me. The bathroom was extremely dated. Overall it was just not somewhere suited to my taste. But for a backpacker or more budget traveller it might work just fine.

Klein maar fijn
Pros:

Hele fijne kamer, zeer efficiënt ingericht. Klein maar fijn. Goede locatie.

Cons:

Het enige wat ik miste is dat het gordijn open kon en er daglicht naar binnen kon schijnen. Het lijkt er op dat men zo vaak leeft in Japan, ramen komen uit op de muren van het volgende gebouw.

ビジネス利用だったので、シンプル快適で、清潔感もあり、本当に寝る場所として選ぶならば最高なのではないかと思います。

Cons:

朝ごはんもと思いましたが、このホテルの周辺にはごはんやさんやカフェ、スーパー、コンビニも沢山あるので困らなかったです。

Good location, not so good customer experience
Pros:

Location only. Right next to the metro station and convenience store.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned once during our four night stay. You had to pick up bin bags and clean towels from the reception yourself. We had a false fire alarm and had to rush downstairs and no one in the staff informed us that it was a false alarm until after the fact while we were waiting outside in our pyjamas. No proper communication to even say it is safe to go upstairs, we had to go in and ask.

While the location was incredibly convenient with the metro and food options right outside, the stay was ultimately let
Pros:

The location is absolutely fantastic and super convenient. Having a metro station right outside the hotel made getting around the city incredibly easy. There are also tons of great options for food just steps away from the property.

Cons:

The room was disappointing because it wasn't clean and had a noticeable smell. There was a gap between the bed and the wall that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the bathroom wasn’t up to standard either. Additionally, the curtains in the room wouldn't open at all, leaving the space completely dark. If the room had been clean, this would have been a great stay, but the lack of hygiene really let it down.

De manière assez surprenante, très peu de gens à l'accueil, donc assez compliqué si on a des questions ou soucis.
Problème d'isolation dans les chambres, vous entendez les voisins et inversement.
