Pros:

Breakfast was phenomenal with lots of choice and the food quality was excellent, possibly locally produced and so tasty.

Cons:

Lighting in room was dim and switches confusing. Dinner was awesome but was very expensive. Cocktail menu was quite limited but each were made to perfection.

There is no fridge in the rooms
Breakfast wasn't the best
And if you're planning to stay at weekends, there are quite loud parties in the pub on weekends

Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Located in a very cute little town on the way to other great areas of the country. Service was great, the space was rustic (in the best way), and the food was amazing.

Cons:

There isn't a ton to do in town other than the castle, jail and some touristy shops. The bed wasn't super comfy, either, but everything else made up for it.

Very enjoyable short break in a wonderful, historic building.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb! Smoked Salmon & scrambled eggs just perfect. Staff friendly and very efficient. Glass of Prosecco a great wake me up!

Nothing - breakfast presentation, choice and staff attention all excellent.

What a beautiful place. the hotel was so cool. We were upgraded to a suite. The room was beyond…. The staff was so nice. We had dinner and breakfast there. The food was so delicious. I’m so glad we stopped there. Highly recommend.
