l'emplacement géographique, et encore.

Cons:

de mon point de vue? tout, accueil, propreté, écoute client, vétusté, wifi, insonorisation, surface fidèle à la description, parking, piqures d'insectes, (tiques d'après mon pharmacien), en bref, c'est clairement un honte pour l'hôtellerie. Certains 2 étoiles sont bcp mieux que cette mascarade de 3 étoiles.

Chambre sous les combles (calme - pentu) qui du coup ne doit pas faire les 9m2 annoncés, au sol.
Bien pour 1 personne seule. Propreté moyenne selon les critères (assez élevés je reconnais): télécommande pleine de poussière, moisissures dans le bac de douche.

The space was big for a Parisian hotel. Everything was well taken care, and it was nicely located. Not in the center, but the zone is pretty nice and easy to get to the center.

It shows that it has some time, but it's well maintained and the staff is very nice, especially if you don't manage well your French.

Kaldığım süre boyunca 4 farklı resepsiyon gördüm. 2 tanesi güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Diğer 2 tanesi iyi akşamlar günaydına bile cevap vermiyordu. Sorduğum sorulara bilmiyorum diye cevap verdi.

This hotel is the most perfect place to stay in Paris. We couldn’t believe how wonderful the location is. Seeing the Eiffel Tower from your balcony is an unreal sight.
The room is just the right size for those who only really plan on sleeping there! The bed was super comfortable. Very clean. Staff was so kind and helpful. If we ever go back to Paris I would stay here again and again.
