Clean, very spacious, well equipped for a long stay
Pros:

Spacious, well equipped, close to main bus line into town.

Cons:

Mattress in main bedroom too slidy. Curtains too small in the living room, so couldn't get it dark. Sun woke us up early. Would have been nice if washing powder left for the washing machine.

Super godt ophold
Pros:

Rent pænt og nemt til det hele. Der var alt vi havde brug for i køkkenet. Gode senge osv.

Cons:

Wifi virkede ikke. Meget lav signal. Ellers alt andet godt.

Gemütlich und für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.
Pros:

Das Apartment liegt auf dem Johanneberg in Göteborg,d.h.,dass man einen Auf- und Abstieg hat.
Mit dem Bus, der häufig und regelmäßig fährt, war das aber kein Problem. Die Anbindung an das Zentrum ist also sehr gut. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit einem Park und einigen Restaurants in der Nähe und war sehr nett eingerichtet. Einige Details waren sogar recht charmant und ungewöhnlich und haben uns ein wenig an den " Bauhausstil " erinnert (Einbauschränke, Türgriffe, das Küchenfenster "über Eck", etc.), sodass wir uns dort sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Außenverkleidung der Häuser mit Kupfer und die alten inzwischen verriegelten Müllschlucker aus Chrom im Treppenhaus zeugen von einer hochwertigen Anlage, die wohl aus den 50iger oder 60iger Jahren des 20..Jahrhundert stammt.
Die Ausstattung der Küche war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Eine Rezeption oder Personal vor Ort gibt es nicht ,aber die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Auch der Parkplatz liegt direkt an der Wohnung.
Bis zum Fahrstuhl muss man einige Stufen zu Fuß bewältigen.

Cons:

Das Bettsystem sollte verbessert werden, denn die Auflage

war nicht optimal, d.h.,dass sie schnell verrutscht ist.

Lugnt område och nära till centrum. Busshållplatsen låg bara några minuter från boendet. I lägenheten fanns allt man behöver (förutom en diskpropp).

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt alles in allem zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut und die Lage des Apartments war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die versprochene Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Bei unserer Ankunft war es, bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen, sehr warm im Zimmer. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn wir wenigstens einen Ventilator gehabt hätten. Das Zimmer konnte nachts nicht gut verdunkelt werden, da die Vorhänge viel zu dünn waren.

Excellent experience, will not stay anywhere else next time we’re in town!
Pros:

First rental place ever, that I can give topstar rating on cleanliness!! I’m so happy with everything in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, pillows and comforters great, kitchen was well equipped, loved the balcony! The location was superb and suited our exact needs. Instructions for trash and parking were detailed and prompt. I will book the same top floor place again when needed. Thank you for giving me back my hope to one day pay for something I’m fully satisfied with. 10/10 rating.

Cons:

Only thing I can think of is that it would have been nice to have another set of towels for our kid. He’s 4 so he stayed for free, but he still needs to shower :)

Vi var väldigt nöjda med boendet. Det passade utmärkt för vårt ändamål med vistelsen.
Pros:

Perfekt med en lägenhet så att vi kunde ordna egen mat. Viktigt för oss som spelade Boule-SM varje dag hela veckan och behövde ha med oss matsäck. Fin utsikt då vi bodde högst upp.

Cons:

Jag har inget större att klaga på. Bara detaljer som att det varit bra med en lite mindre kastrull och att persiennerna var krångliga att få ner.

Great stay in a fantastic city
Pros:

Great location and a nice little flat that had everything we needed. Clean, cosy and well designed. The flat felt bigger than it really was and we really liked our little home away from home. It is really close to Götaplatsen which was very convenient.

Cons:

Cannot really think of any thing we did not like.

Disappointing but adequate
Pros:

Spacious, very comfortable bed, well equipped.

Cons:

There are two HeyStay buildings in the same block that connect into one car park. One message referred to one location, another referred to the one we booked. The same code is used for entry for both which was confusing and concerning.

The code to get in the door often would not work unless entered really rapidly. It also took a few tries to lock the door using this code system every time we left the apartment, as it wouldn’t close properly.

There was a bunk bed in the living room but the curtains did not cover the full window which was at street level. This not only lacked privacy but it also meant sun came streaming through the window at 4am in summer.

The check-out instructions listed to remove all food and clean all crockery. But there was food left in the fridge which shows that no-one had checked it because one of the items was out of date by 4 days. Glasses and plates had also been put away dirty.

Pros:

L'emplacement est le point positif du logement, entre centre ville et parcs. Le studio était parfaitement equipé, j'ai passé une super semaine et le logement y est aussi pour beaucoup.
