Ottima soluzione
Pros:

Appartamento funzionale, e ben curato.

Cons:

Più che cose che non sono piaciute, voglio esprimere due accortezze.
Essendo italiani, abituati a ore di ombra più lunghe durante la notte, il fatto che sorgesse il sole alle 4:30/5 e non ci fossero tende oscuranti un pochino disturbava la mattina.
Consiglio personale: forse sarebbe utile mettere dei cuscini più robusti per chi li utilizza.

Zdecydowanie polecam.
Pros:

Znakomicie wyposażona i przestronna kuchnia. W łazience, pomimo małej przestrzeni, też było wszystko co trzeba. Dużo miejsca do spania, dużo miejsca w szafach. Bardzo spokojna okolica, park w pobliżu.

Cons:

Najmniejszy pokój ledwie mieści dwa osobne łóżka, ale to nie jest duży problem.

Pros:

Spacious and clean, well equipped even for longer stay.

Cons:

Door code did not work, needed phone call to sort it.
Not really in centre, but good bus service.
Currently scaffolding on building, so couldn't use balcony and had to have curtains closed.

Pros:

Decent apartment. Very compact. Got access codes in advance which was a bonus as often this is a service failure

Cons:

Pillows were very high and no spares. Room smelt stale and we had to have the windows open all the time. Food remnants under the bed. There are no staff at this facility so when you are not told there are different blocks, we tried to access the wrong block. Parking is booked on line and is confusing when you arrive.

There was construction during out stay. It would have been nice to know this in advance instead of being greeted by a workman right ourside our window.

Localização ótima, limpeza impecável, lugar tem tudo que se precisa para uma estadia. Tudo ótimo!!

Cons:

Apenas o chuveiro que está com o conector solto, ele não fica no lugar certo.

Pros:

The location is perfect, as is the neighborhood. Great connection with the city center, or any other part of the city. The apartment was clean, bright and well equipped. The bathroom was clean, there was shampoo and conditioner for the hair, washing machine, toilet paper... Additionally there was also an iron and dishwasher. The only thing missing (although it was some Nescafe, sugars and tea) is seasoning, oil, salt and pepper...(It's not a problem it's just a positive constructive criticism). The owner was super polite. :)
All in all definitely recommend!

Good facilities, poor customer service and dirty bathroom
Pros:

Comfy beds and good kitchen facilities, Wifi worked well for duration of stay

Cons:

Wasn't even to enter the apartment as the code did not work on the door, phone number provide did not work so had to email to get another number (Eventually got in after 30 mins of trying). Bathroom was dirty with hairs in the sink. Codes on the welcome sheet are completely different to the ones sent via email for entrance to the building, this was really confusing. I was sent a message saying that if I did not clean the dishes and take out the bin I would be charged 250 SEK (£20) - this is the first time I've experienced a fine for not cleaning (The message also said I had cleaning included in the booking fee), to be honest this made me feel uneasy on check out and the bins were not obviously located. The building is also at the top of a very steep hill, would be very difficult to reach if not fit.
