Pros:

Clean, nice hotel.
I had a very beautiful room.
The hotel also has an easy and convenient parking wich was perfect for me because I was traveling by motorbike.

Cons:

Not really the hotels fault but the weather changed suddenly and the bed had the summersheets so it wasn't very warm.
I also have to admit that I didn't check for other sheets nor asked the owner. could be that they were available.

Sensacional.
Pros:

Gostei das instalações, do café da manhã (sensacional), da amabilidade e presteza do encarregado. Estadia muito boa.

Cons:

Não é um problema com o hotel, apenas que a atividade na cidade acaba cedo e não há opções para jantar.

Pros:

De kamer was ruim en erg schoon. Goed bed en goed geslapen. Badkamer en douche goed.
Vriendeljke eigenaar.
Ook fijn dat het mogelijk was een koffie of drankje te nemen. Self service.

Goede locatie voor 1 nacht als je op een fietstocht bent. Ligt 10 minuten fietsen van het centrum van Monschau.
Pros:

Goeie locatie. Wij waren op een 3 daagse fietstocht op de Venbahn van Aken richting Luxemburg. Deze locatie lag een 5 minuten fietsen van de Venbahn af, dus ideaal.

Cons:

Het personeel was er alleen in de ochtend voor het ontbijt, dus als er iets later op de dag was, dan was dat jammer dan. Zo hadden wij maar 1 handdoek gekregen voor die 2 nachten, terwijl wij graag een schone wilden hebben na de fietstocht van de 2e dag, maar toen was er niemand te bereiken. Dat vond ik wel een min puntje.

Pros:

Wir haben wirklich seeehr kurzfristig eine Woche Urlaub gebucht und sind mit großer Vorfreude angereist. Berufsbedingt kamen wir später als geplant an. Der Check-in verlief kontaktlos und absolut unspektakulär. Wir hatten ein sehr gepflegtes Zimmer - leider zur Hauptstraße raus. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hörte man aber nichts davon. Die Geräusche durch den Aufzug waren deutlich hörbar, dafür gab es hier auf Booking.com ein rabattiertes Zimmer.

Herausheben möchten wir die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung; das fein aufeinander abgestimmte Ambiente vermittelte Ruhe, Gemütlichkeit und Natürlichkeit. Das Haus hat nicht viele Betten und bietet damit eine fast familiäre Atmosphäre.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir zudem den Mitarbeiter, der die meiste Zeit für uns da war. Er bot uns morgens ein tolles, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, welches wir an mit Liebe zum Detail gedeckten Tischen zu uns nehmen konnten. Wenn etwas fehlte oder ein Problem auftauchte, war der Mitarbeiter sofort zur Stelle und kümmerte sich darum.

Leider ist die Restauration abends aus personellen Gründen geschlossen, so dass Alternativen gesucht werden müssen. Dies ist aber sowohl in fußläufiger wie in etwas weiterer Umgebung auf vielfältige Art und Weise zu lösen - auch hier bekamen wir hervorragende Tipps.

Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die sehr umfangreiche und aktuelle Info-Wand mit Prospektmaterial zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung und die Bar, an der man sich jederzeit an einer guten Auswahl an Kalt- und Warmgetränken bedienen kann.

Eine absolute Empfehlung von uns - und wir werden sicher gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
