Pros:

Ár-érték arány. Tágas fürdőszoba. Tiszta. Csöndes. Segítőkész személyzet.

Cons:

Kevés hely volt az ágy mellett. Mindig ugyanaz volt a reggeli. Éjjel betört a portás a szobánkba, nem tudom kit keresett, de nem vicces. A kilátás sajátos volt, némi romokra rálátással.

С самого первого дня нас окружили вниманием, заботой и настоящим турецким гостеприимством. Отель превзошел все ожидания: безупречная чистота, уютные номера, прекрасная атмосфера, вкусная еда и высокий уровень сервиса сделали наше пребывание по-настоящему комфортным.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and hard working. Also good price for the service, air con was great as was there when was hot.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, memory foam that doesn’t come back to its normal shape.

Not Suitable for Medical Tourists

I frequently accommodate post-operative patients here because of the hotel’s proximity to the hospital. Unfortunately, I experience problems almost every time. Patients need peace, cleanliness, and understanding, but instead they often face unnecessary stress due to poor organization and lack of flexibility.

Pros:

Мне отель понравился, тихо, спокойно, отличная локация, рядом много кафе, где можно недорого и вкусно поесть, удобная транспортная развязка и к морю не далеко, это лучший отель в данном районе за такие деньги, а посмотрел я много вариантов. В меру чистый, номер просторный, отлично вентелируемый. Но изюминкой этого отеля - его персонал, классные, отзывчивые ребята, с которыми всегда приятно и поболтать и обратиться по любому вопросу. А для недовольных, неумеющих застелить кровать после себя, напомню, это трехзвёздочный отель, а не хоромы султана.

Dirty and stinks of tobacco.
Pros:

They did upgrade my room for free but it was still quite a poor experience. Although the staff was friendly, the hotel is in a terrible state.

Cons:

Upon my arrival there was very little soap and toilet paper left in the bathroom. The room very strongly smelled like old tobacco that has been absorbed by the walls, and on the bed frame there was a hole burned in by someone's cigarette. For me as a non-smoker and a person with asthma it was an immense discomfort. The floors were very dirty and in general the surfaces were very dusty. The slippers I was given were almost made of paper and broke on the first use. The lights in the corridor were either not working or were flickering, gave an impression of a horror movie set. Had to walk through a dark corridor to get to my room.
Because I got sick on my stay I had a runny nose and asked for extra toilet paper - the staff refused to give me what I needed (considering there was almost no toilet paper at all upon arrival anyway). They said "tomorrow" which never happened so I went to supermarket to buy it. Ridiculous. On top of everything, big lights in the room were not working so in the evening I had to be in dimmed light only. Shower cabin had mold and smelled like sewage.
As much as some of the staff was polite, the hotel is in a horrible state and unfortunately I will not be coming back nor recommending it to others.
