Room was fine

Cons:

Door staff, bar staff and breakfast reception not good verging on rude. Breakfast was poor value, had to wait, when busy they couldn’t be bothered to make cappuccinos, lobby lounge bar is just a lobby with sofas. On check out so many additional hidden charges on bill on top of an already expensive stay
