Pros:

I stayed in one of the studio flats on the 7th floor. It was clean, well equipped, of a decent size and it also had a stunning view of the Sea Point area. The staff were very lovely, courteous and helpful. They made me aware of the various local restaurants and shops in the area. I also got great guidance on where best to change money (at competitive rates). In all, it was a fantastic stay and I'll definitely be back again

Perfect location, safe and clean

Расположение, чистый номер.

Cons:

При заезде сотрудники ресепшен взяли залог в размере 1000 zar. Деньги были списаны с банковской карты. Наличные не принимают. В день выезда при попытке оформить возврат терминал многократно отклонял операцию. Администратор на ресепшен ссылалась на неполадки с моей картой. При попытке использовать другую - та же проблема.
Наличными вернуть залог отказались. Решения проблемы предложено не было. Потратила ровно 2 часа на выяснения и попытку вернуть деньги.
Следующий постоялец при выезде столкнулся с той же проблемой.
В результате администратор обратилась ко мне с тем, что оказывается, у них не работает терминал. Хотя он работал, но операцию отклонял.
Мне и другому постояльцу предложили отправить возврат по номеру банковского счета.
Прошло 3 недели, деньги так и не вернули. В переписке с менеджерами отеля они якобы отправили деньги, в подтверждение прислали какие-то выписки, которые выглядят неправдоподобно.
В общем, впечатление от отеля крайне негативное. Оплатила двойную стоимость проживания за ночь в этом месте. Больше к ним ни ногой. Обманывают.

Self catering, but in a prime location. Walking distance to the Sea Point Promenade and a myriad of restaurants, as well as two Supermarkets.
