駅から徒歩圏内でアクセスが良く、周辺は静かな環境なのでゆっくり過ごせました。館内も清潔感があり、非常にくつろげる空間でおすすめのホテルです。
無人のチェックインシステムは便利ですが、メールの確認だけでは少し不安に感じる場面もありました。
入口やカウンターに案内板など、視覚的な説明書きが添えられていれば、より安心して利用できると感じました。
地點很不錯，離地鐵五条站很近。自動check in服務也讓入住時間十分彈性。
房間明亮乾淨。
床底下有輪子，靠在床頭板看電視時床會移位。
Estancia tranquila, limpia y con todos los servicios y confort necesarios. Habitación muy amplia que permite organizar las maletas de forma muy comoda. Ubicación muy buena, a 3 min andando del metro Gojo y a 15/20 min de la Kyoto station. La zona es muy tranquila y no esta masificada de turismo como el centro. Recomendable 100%
Alles was helemaal top. De kamers zijn perfecte grootte, badkamer netjes en bedden prima. Tv heeft een chromecast!

I don’t like too digitalized hotels. When you need to get the code enter it than another code for another door, mandatory check in online in advance because I don’t want to think about it in the trip. Unfortunately despite there is a person on the reception he doesn’t help you with the room and don’t open the door until you don’t make this check in online doesn’t matter if you have connection or it’s raining outside
Early check in wouldn't work as computer said no even though room was empty, cleaned and available. Even staff on reception checkin desk couldn't over-ride. We ended up sitting for 2 hours in the waiting area until 4pm when the system allowed entry via the door code. Too complicated and inflexible.
The outdoor onsen was beautiful but a little small. The staff was very nice and the room was in a beautiful and quiet location. The walking paths were also very lovely.
The food was disappointing. I understand that they change their menu frequently, so maybe we just got unlucky. Also, the futons were so thin that we had to stack our futons on top of each other and try not to fall off one futon. Additionally, they did not refill our water container when they changed over the room.

Check in, we arrived at 14:30, desk assistant said room was clean, empty and available but computer wouldn’t accept door entry code until 16:00 exactly. We had to wait 90 minutes for absolutely no reason.
Why over complicate things with electronic door locks an codes. A simple key/cardkey would suffice. But that seems to be the way for all Japan!
