Property was very clean and nice location. Front desk staff were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to uncover a celebration and place festive gestures in the room. Very attentive to needs via WhatsApp.
room description states the room has a refrigerator but it only has a minibar that is full with their drinks (no prices noted anywhere). so it can't be used for storing your own items. Also, no utensils for eating prepared or takeaway food in the room. didn't love that 2nd floor restaurant and bar guests weren't directed to use the front stairs as i was often in a packed elevator entering my private code to reach the hotel room floors.
Gorgeous very chic and modern hotel. Excellent location. Best breakfast in Columbia ! Amazing service and super friendly go out of their way to assist in all aspects. Thanks for a great stay

The staff was great and my favorite part
I loved the location
I liked having a balcony and outdoor furniture.
The room felt small and I only moved because the larger room was fully booked. But hated leaving after a week.
Shower water pressure felt weak.

Underwhelming from the start. I am average size and the bathroom is tiny, hard to use its so small. For a couple this might be a serious problem
The food was great. Beautiful hotel and nice area
The only thing that i didint like is that they had a coffe machine and the pods are free the first time. But if you wanted to wake up and have coffee in that lovely balcony they charge you for the pods if you want more. They should include that every time the cleaning staff comes in

Friendly staff, property location was excellent.
The star wants helpful with transportation. We have stay in multiple hotels in Medellin and the staff always were able to help out calling taxis for us. I did have a charge for al towels that got damaged after washing my hair. I colored my hair before I went to this trip and because is a red color it bleed after . I recommend, having an alternative to the white towel. It wasn’t my intention and even when I stop drying my hair immediately is still damaged the towel.
