Great Staff, good location near sandy sunset beach, but tired in places more 3* than 4,
Pros:

The staff! Particularly Nicky at reception would went the extra mile. Also George the Catering Manager and Irene who always had a cheery word with guests. All the staff were great and rooms immaculately clean.

Cons:

The barrier round the pool! Signage advising if pool times works everywhere else. And no eyesore to spoil a poolside view!

Molto soddisfatta, consiglierei la struttura.
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto l'organizzazione della struttura, staff molto gentile e competente, un grazie particolare a Cristina e ad Alberto, il ristorante a buffet con molta scelta ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

Cons:

Forse sarebbe da migliorare la pulizia negli spazi comuni, comunque gli asciugamani venivano cambiati tutti i giorni mentre le lenzuola (in una settimana) non sono mai stati cambiati.

Pros:

Stayed for 4 nights with a friend this week. Rooms are nice, food is okay, vegetarian options include beans, chickpeas, rice with vegetables, potatoes, salads. If you eat fish, you'll be okay since they serve fish for lunch and dinner. Vegan options include only salads (although many of those include cheese), potatoes, rice, chickpea and beans. Also, a big thank you to all staff members (at reception, restaurant, bar, housekeepers) who were all very kind and made our stay excellent.

Cons:

For some reason pool is open only 10-18 which is a huge minus since the weather is extremely warm and you could enjoy swimming earlier than 10 and later than 18. Pool by Veranda bar is only 1.4 m deep at the deepest point. Lifeguard (man, brown hair and beard) was in more than few occasions very rude to guests, demanding they get out of the pool even before 18. Also he had discusting fungus on his toenails, which makes me think hotel doesn't care about hygiene standards of their employees who work around the pool area!!

Összeségében egy remek választás volt ez a szállás, jól éreztük magunkat és nagyon barátságos embereket ismerhettünk meg
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon ideális a strandoláshoz (pár perc) és a sétákhoz. Sokminden van a közelben. Super Market, ajándék üzletek, éttermek. A strandok nagyon jól felszereltek itt. Rendszeres buszjárat van Kos City-be. A megálló 2 percre van a szálloda melletti utcában. Kiránduláshoz kiváló.
Sok iroda foglalkozik autó, bicikli, motor, beach buggy, quadok kölcsönzésével a közelben. Élmény kipróbálni. Óriási a választék ezekből.
Valamint első helyre tenném a kiszolgáló személyzetet. Fantasztikusan kedvesek, segítőkészek minden részében a szállodának!
A bár és az italok kiszolgálása igazán remek volt. Köszönhetően egy kedves új barátunknak akivel jókat beszélgettünk. Egy nagyszerű embert ismertünk meg benne.

Cons:

Kihasználtuk az all-inclusive szolgáltatást. Ebben az ételek helyi finomságok változatos kínálatát hiányoltam. A hangsúly az európai, angol standard kínálaton volt. Halak változatos kínálatára számítottam és helyi tradicionális receptek szerint készült görög ételekre. Ebből sajnos kevés volt.

Struttura moderna e tenuta con cura. Ha molti spazi dove godersi relax e svago. Il personale molto accogliente e disponibile, menzione d’onore ad Alberto che con i suoi consigli ha notevolmente migliorato la nostra vacanza!

È super disponibile, simpatico e gentile.
Un’accoglienza splendida.

Posizione vicina alla spiaggia, camere pulite, il cibo buono ma un po’ ripetitivo.

Una vacanza da rifare assolutamente
