Très bon séjour reposant, confortable et agréable.
Pros:

Excellent accueil. Chambre vaste, claire, confortable. Peut-être une petite bouteille d’eau et/ou de quoi se faire une petite tasse de thé ou de café aurait été un « plus » appréciable. Lit, salle de bain, impeccable.
Petit déjeuner très correct.
En résumé très bon séjour.

Prima hotel voor op de doorreis. Lekker zwembad en prima obtbijt. Leuke locatie vlakbij boulevard met restaurantjes. Vriendelijk personeel.

Un hôtel agréable près de la mer avec un personnel au top. Mais quelques déceptions quand même.
Pros:

Hôtel calme et clean.
Le personnel : très professionnel, attentionné, aimable, accueillant et serviable.
Chambre grande, lit spacieux et très confortable.
Chambre bien climatisée.
Présence d'un coffre fort et d'un réfrigérateur.
Petite terrasse en chambre rez-de-chaussée, plutôt agréable, avec une table et deux chaises.
Présence d'un parking sécurisé.

Cons:

Salle de bains : douche à l'italienne sans protection d'une paroi en verre. Résultat, de l'eau partout dans la salle de bains à évacuer avec une raclette suspendue au mur. Mauvais éclairage de la salle de bains. Toilettes dans la salle de bains : juste pas possible, surtout en couple !
Petit déjeuner très cher pour les produits proposés.

Séjour magnifique et nous reviendrons au Quetzal si nous revenons à la Grande Motte
Pros:

Personnel très chaleureux et souriant. La chambre était spacieuse avec un balcon très appréciable. Les WC séparés dans la chambre est un plus. Emplacement de l'hôtel au calme tout en étant très proche du centre ville, de la mer et des transports publics.

Propreté de l'établissement et de la chambre. Équipements de la chambre. Chambre spacieuse. Balcon. Situation géographique.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner. 7h40, il n'y avait absolument plus rien à manger. Le personnel me répond qu'il est seul et qu'il fait ce qu'il peut. Je comprends mais pour 13 euros 50, J'ai mangé une tranche de pain de mie, une demie tranche de jambon et un jus de pomme. Dans le même temps, nous voyons une autre employé traverser tranquillement la terrasse... c'est ce qui fait que j'ai mis une note globale basse. C'était un séjour travail, donc le temps est compté le matin. C'est vraiment dommage. Le reste était vraiment très bien.
