Pros:

Kahvaltının açık büfe olmaması başlangıçta dezavantaj olarak görülebilir, menüler bu nedenle biraz kısıtlı olmasına rağmen talep ettiğimiz her şeyi fazlasıyla yerine getirdiler. Bu nedenle çok memnun kaldık.

Otele 15:00'dan önce varmamıza rağmen önceden otelle yazışmamıza istinaden odamız hazırdı, bu çok mükemmeldi.

Oda tertemizdi ve yeterince büyüktü. Ses yalıtımı mükemmeldi.

Personelin hepsi ise A'dan Z'ye çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Her sorunumuzla çözüm odaklı ilgilendiler ve çözdüler.

Pros:

I travel frequently and have stayed in countless hotels across many countries, but I can confidently say that Hotel Cafe Royal is the best hotel I have ever experienced.

The staff are exceptionally professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming, making every aspect of the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. The location is also outstanding, providing easy access to everything London has to offer.

If I were to visit London a hundred more times, I would choose Hotel Cafe Royal every single time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in London.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, in an amazing and highly convenient location (right beside Piccadilly Circus) The rooms are spacious, which is unusual in a city centre. Love the complementary airport pick-up service as well as the availability of a Bentley for guests who need to be dropped off somewhere within a 2 mile radius.

Cons:

There were a few issues which we would not have expected for a 5* hotel: 1) The first day, we left early in the morning and returned late in the afternoon and discovered the room had not been cleaned. We learnt afterwards that we needed to press a button and request that the room is cleaned. 2) The shower-head clearly needed to be cleaned, probably limescale as the water was pouring in every direction. We reported this but the issue was not resolved. 3) We had 2 rooms and when paying the bill an "optional" 15% service charge was added, per room, per night, resulting in an additional charge of approximately 400 pounds, which we discovered when we were about to pay the bill. This is not something we have experienced before and should be highlighted very clearly before requesting payment. If this is for the cleaners, again, this should be explained clearly (it was not).

Wir haben nicht das reservierte Zimmer gekriegt sondern eine dachkammer mit dreckigen Fenstern. Erst war nichts zu diskutieren. Fotos bei booking.com entsprechen einer höheren Kategorie. Aufpassen !
