Pros:

The hotel is located in the city area, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is easy to find, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always generous with their smiles. The hotel room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

One of the towels in the room had some stains on it. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The breakfast was fantastic!!

Cons:

The bathroom in 6th floor we stayed is excessively noisy, possibly due to the exhaust fan. It is recommended that the existing exhaust fan be replaced with a quieter model to minimise the noise. Additionally, the door locks are not securely installed and can be easily dislodged, and should therefore be properly secured or replaced.

Additional TV channels be provided to offer a wider variety of entertainment options.
