Beautiful place, HORRIBLE breakfast (like, seriously)

The place itself is BEAUTIFUL, massive and with lots of interesting rooms to explore and amenities :)

Cons:

The breakfast was honestly VERY bad. We went at 8am and almost all the tables were full with leftovers and dirty dishes from previous guests, we were lucky to find a clean table, but other people had to clean one themselves. The food selection was poor at best: lots of things were empty, and when asked for scrambled eggs and bacon (which was part of the offered breakfast) they answer was "we are not making them today". I asked for coffee twice and after 30' just went to get one at the bar (which I had to pay). This is not a dig at the service, as there was ONLY 1 WAITER for the whole place. This is an issue at the management level: how can you have only one waiter at the breakfast rush hour for a place that can host 100s of people??

Also, the AC in the room was noisy and yet did not really work (it showed 22 degrees, but it was hardly below 26)

Vraiment fabuleux !!!
Pros:

L'accueil, l'attention et la gentillesse du personnel. L'architecture et les décors (type maison traditionnelle). La vue sur les montagnes. La variété et qualité des repas et petits-dejeuners. La climatisation peu bruyante et pas "agressive". Le réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Le kit brossage de dents dans la salle de bain. J'avais demandé un changement de literie par messagerie Booking en dernière minute qui a été respecté sans remarque ni supplément.

Cons:

Rien. Tout était parfait et au-delà de nos attentes.

Pros:

Het restaurant was goed, ook het ontbijt was oké ook als je laat kwam, alles werd continu aangevuld. Ons uitzicht op de bergen alhoewel we geen stoelen op het balkon hadden dus pakte we die vanuit de kamer.

Cons:

De airco in de slaapkamer, plakkende nachten. Sle hte verlichting in de badkamer, niets te doen in de omgeving op loopafstand. Het bed was niet super, als je lang bent pas je er niet in. En wat je niet ziet op de foto's, het ligt langs een drukke weg en naast het hotel is een grote parkeerplaats voor o. a. vrachtwagen chauffeurs die daar overnachten, kunnen douchen etc. Wij keken de laatste avond uit op 3 vrachtwagens. We hadden er geen last van maar het was alsof we een motel naast de snelweg geboekt hadden.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel. Ausstattung und Baustil sind beeindruckend.
Pros:

Verkehrsgünstige Lage, tolles Ambiente, komfortable Zimmer., blitzsauber. Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr gut. Hervorragende Parkmöglichkeiten.

Hotel molto caratteristico, accogliente e con personale molto gentile e disponibile, tranne la signora alla reception con cui abbiamo fatto il ceck out domenica, scortese e ostile.
Abbiamo mangiato molto bene la sera in giardino e abbiamo trascorso una serata divertente grazie anche all'accompagnamento musicale del dj

Cons:

Abbiamo preso 2 camere da 4, ma in ogni camera c'era un letto troppo piccolo per due persone e uno di questi aveva il materasso in lana molto scomodo.
Se prendete la camera da 4 e in un letto non dormono dei bambini, chiedete le dimensioni dei letti.
