Super séjour ! On recommande !
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié les espaces de rangement dans la chambre ! La salle de sport, tout les activités proposées ! Le complexe est vraiment complet et top que ce soit pour les familles, en couple ou seul !

Short staycation with our granddaughters
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago. There has a been a significant upgrade and we were very impressed with the new services, ambiance and facilities generally. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We will certainly return

Cons:

Not a lot really. It was quite hot when we stayed so having a fan in the bedrooms would have been a nice touch

Die Musik am Pool jeden Tag von 10:00-18:00 ist extrem nervig!!!! Es wäre schön wenn man das kürzer oder nur an bestimmten Tage gestalten könnte!!!

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, especialmente el socorrista que estaba atento en todo momento, ayudando en todo lo que hiciera falta.

La habitación estaba genial, amplia y cómoda. Las instalaciones del hotel son maravillosas, bonitas, amplias, genial para familias con niños. Había muy buen rollo en la piscina y los niños podían jugar y divertirse.

Cons:

Estaría bien que las habitaciones estuvieran mejor aisladas, se escuchaba muchísimo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y del pasillo. Además, el aire acondicionado hacía muchísimo ruido, una cosa exagerada que dificultaba el descanso.

Pros:

Un alojamiento de 10. Personal atento y eficiente. Instalaciones renovadas y variadas. Relación calidad precio inmejorable en la actual situación del sur de Gran Canaria. Parking gratis y piscina con hamacas libres. No se puede pedir más.

Pasamos unos días muy bien en familia, las instalaciones en general están súper bien, el personal muy amable, repetiremos seguramente para septiembre!

Lo único q no me gusta es q los apartamentos no tienen aire acondicionado dentro de los cuartos, lo q hace q tengas q tener las puertas abiertas y pierdan su privacidad. Tienen un aire acondicionado grande en el salón- cocina pero en los cuartos no.

En fantastisk aktiv ferie for alle uanset alder
Pros:

Hotellet var helt fantastisk, vi havde 4 børn med og alle kunne deltage i sportsaktiviteterne. Et særligt tak til David (Livredderen) som virkelig forstod at gøre ugen ved poolen helt speciel for vores drenge. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen. Det har været en af de bedste ferie vi som familie har haft sammen (og vi har mange med i bagagen)
