Fantastisch ontbijt. Nog nooit zo uitgebreid gezien in hotel.

Cons:

Zeer verouderde kamer en gangen. Uitzicht op een reeks buizen. Het tweede bed in de familiekamer is een veel te kleine opklapbank. Voeten steken erbuiten.

J’y retournerais pour son emplacement, chambres propres et le petit-déjeuner.

Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux, l’emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied!
Des chambres assez spacieuses.
La vue de la terrasse 360.

Cons:

Le système d’ascenseurs, notamment sur l’heure du petit déjeuner, préparez-vous à attendre ou utiliser les escaliers. Je n’ai pas aimé l’atmosphère/type de musique au bar 360, la musique est trop forte et de style trop « dance / techno ».

All around good
Pros:

Super nice hotel with an increible location. Unfortunately the pool is very small. There was no rooms with view available when I booked, so I got a small room. Therefor I didn't my room valued for the money paid. But the hotel is nice and clean, but the lokation and sky city view, is fantastic.

Cons:

Pool was too small, kinda old building, not much to do in the hotel.

Totul la superlativ!
Pros:

Hotelul este excelent, a depasit cu mult asteptarile. Micul dejun exceptional, o varietate uriasa de optiuni, curatenie exemplara peste tot, personalul foarte amabil si atent. Amplasarea hotelului este central, ajungi pe jos la principalele atractii turistice sau poti lua metroul din fara hotelului.

Pros:

Desde o exterior, o hotel é muito bonito. O check-in foi rápido e os funcionários são atenciosos. O café da manhã é incrível. Tem desde opções internacionais, quanto opções típicas espanholas, como o tomate ralado, jamón e churros com chocolate quente. O terraço tem vista quase 360° e o acesso à passarela de vidro é gratuito aos hóspedes. O quarto estava muito limpo e a roupa de cama e banho é de ótima qualidade. A localização é excelente: em uma ponta da Gran Via. Quem gosta de ficar no centro, não encontrará localização melhor. Tem bar e restaurante no hotel.

Cons:

Um detalhe, mas me incomodou que a parede entre o banheiro e o quarto fosse um pouco translúcida. Não é transparente, mas quem está no quarto, consegue ver a sombra de quem está no banho. Além disso, o banheiro tem iluminação com sensor de movimento e a luz é muito forte. Ou seja, se você for no banheiro à noite, vai iluminar não só o banheiro, mas também o quarto. A piscina é pequena para um hotel dessa qualidade.
