Que me cobraron por tenerme las maletas por 2 noches mientras iba a Málaga (cobraron por día y si se pasaba de kilos como en un avión también los cobraban)

Not authentic nor necessarily a good value.
Pros:

Comfortable room, bed and good shower. Great breakfast buffet (very un-European but well done)

Cons:

Too “American”, geared toward the instagram crowd, out of place in Madrid/Spain. Felt like I was on a cruise ship. The rooftop bar served poor quality cocktails and worse food.

Situación

Cons:

Falta algo de psicología en recepción, cuando se ve a una pareja cercana a los 70 años, lo normal sería como mínimo una cama de matrimonio. Estamos haciendo el mismo recorrido de cuando nos casamos (hace ya 45 años). Un día torpe lo podemos tener cualquiera....y en este caso lo tuvo la persona que nos hizo el check in.
