Leider nichts

Cons:

Die Zimmer vorallem das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und sehr unhygienisch.
Mit dem Personal gesprochen, hat aber alles nichts gebracht die meinten wir bekommen ein neues Zimmer, allerdings war dies auch nicht sauber, die wollten die Gutschrift einfach nicht zurückerstatten, damit man sich ein neues Hotel sucht - Alles in einem eine Katastrophe

Es ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit genauso wie man sich das wünscht! Es ist sehr empfehlenswert von meiner Seite aus.

I booked this property at the last minute, and it was an acceptable option for a short stay, but I don’t think it offers good value for the price.

The location is quite far from the city center of Prishtina, which is something to keep in mind if you plan to explore the city. One positive aspect is that there is a 24/7 gas station nearby where you can buy drinks and snacks at any time. The hotel also has its own restaurant, although the menu is very limited. The food was okay, but nothing memorable.

The room was spacious, which I appreciated, but it wasn’t very clean, and the furniture and facilities felt old and outdated. Overall, I think the price is too high considering the location, the condition of the accommodation, and the overall experience.

Did not like it much, looks were very deceiving and hiding the details.
Pros:

Room looked nice when entering.
Romantic decoration was very cute.
Bed looked clean.

Cons:

Shower was horribly covered in limescale as well as the rest of the bathroom, and the water wasnt flowing properly so the shower would fill up with filthy water. It made us very wary of the rest of the hotel and we couldnt profit from the pool and sauna. The pool was also very noisy and no apparent way to shut that down. The switches were also plenty but very broken and most looked useless.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr sauber.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel! Alles war sehr sauber, was mir besonders wichtig ist. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen.
