Pros:

Загалом усе було добре. Номер просторий, ліжко зручне, у кімнаті тихо та комфортно. Вид із номера також непоганий. Сніданок був чудовий: омлет, сосиски, бекон, сири, овочі, випічка та інші варіанти.

Cons:

У ванній кімнаті немає гачків для рушників, тому їх фактично нікуди повісити, окрім як на двері. Душова перегородка дуже коротка , як би обережно не користувалися душем, після купання майже вся підлога у ванній залишається мокрою, через що незручно заходити та виходити.

Також мініхолодильник у кімнаті постійно досить яскраво світиться. Уночі це заважало спати, тому довелося накривати його рушником.

Гелю для душу було зовсім мало, його ледь вистачило на одне використання. Добре, що ми взяли власний із собою.

Загалом враження від проживання залишилися позитивними, але ці невеликі деталі варто було б покращити.

nice stay - friendly staff - good sized room
Pros:

good sized room - good tv, shower , stocked fridge , friendly and helpful staff , car park

Cons:

the a/c is strange - you can't cool down the room during night time, its set at a fixed 26 degrees - they tried to adjust it but with no success

Доволна съм от престоя, препоръчвам хотела и пак бих отседнала там заради хигиената, добрата локация
Pros:

Локация,закуска,обслужване,хигиена бяха превъзходни

Cons:

Диспенсърите за сапун в банята работят трудно, едвам пуснаха няколко капки. Единият беше празен вероятно. Докато правих резервацията останах с впечатлението че стаята има малка тераса но нямаше. Може би объркването е заради примерни снимки от букинг

Great place to stay in Veliko Tarnovo
Pros:

The staff was highly efficient and went out of their way to help with our special requests. The breakfast was fresh and abundant. The location was next to a park and within walking distance of the Old Town, albeit a bit remote from the Fortress which is the main attraction in Veliko Tarnovo. This is a definite 3 star hotel on an international basis.

Cons:

Nothing to report. This is a great choice in Veliko Tarnovo.

+ sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
+ schöne Zimmer, sauber und modern (auch das Badezimmer)
+ gutes Frühstücksbuffet (vielleicht ist eine etwas größere Auswahl an Frischobst möglich)
+ Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage buchbar (momentan 6,00 € / Nacht)
+ Hotel ist zentrumsnah gelegen, kurze Wege zu den Highlights
+ lobenswertes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Cons:

+ leider keine Möglichkeiten, Handtücher aufzuhängen - Haken o.ä. sollten unbedingt nachgerüstet werden
