The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The food offered by the hotel is excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to recommend this establishment.

The food was delicious- we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and couldn’t fault any of it, we loved every dish!!
The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms have been designed exquisitely and the beds were super comfortable- the hotel is right on the lake which is beautiful to sit by in the morning and have breakfast

Hele aardige medewerkers, denken met je mee en de eigenaar wilt echt dat je een goede ervaring hebt. Ook heeft de man van zijn zus een eigen taxibedrijf die perfect is (en nog goedkoper dan alle andere)
Weeral was excellent and made the stay very special. He was so kind and friendly. The design of the property was beautiful and it’s close to the river for beautiful sunsets and to see animals.

Without exaggeration: it is a lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the lake and the lovely garden full of birds. The owner and his staff are very helpful. A trip through a National Park or a boat trip on the lake. It can all be arranged. The rooms are beautiful, luxurious enough. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. They have a great cook. If you want a good driver and excellent guide, ask for Pusa. He showed us very nice places and he spotted a leopart !! Thank you for the good care.

Power cut with no backup generator to keep A/C and basic facilities running. Very expensive accommodation and food, the slowest service we ever experienced. Bad lighting
Everything was so clean. The decor was beautiful. The location was perfect, right on Tissa Lake. The staff were so tentative and always wanted to help us. I loved my stay!

This accommodation meets all of your expectations.
This is a small nice place. Very near to the lake. Lovely room, cool enough.And very prepared breakfast.
However as hotel owner is not stay at the hotel. Staff should talk with owner everything, so we have to wait wait and wait to get the reply. It takes time. And also there are many many flies outside. You may see many geckos out side also.

One of the best places, if not the best, in our travel to Sri Lanka. It is really a boutique hotel. Very unique in its marvelous decoration. We took the room in the second floor. A very spacious room with an extraordinary wide balcony. The service is excellent. Breakfast was good.
