للاسف اقامتي في فندق Hyatt centric مخيبة للامال بشكل غير متوقع بداية من نظافة الغرفه والحمام كانت مقرفه ومقززه جدا حيث يوجد بقايا اكل على سجاد الغرفة وكذلك شعر حلاقة على المغسلة 🤮🤮🤮🤮 واضف إلى ذلك نافذه الغرفه كانت مكسوره وكانت استجابتهم غير مقبولة حيث قاموا باغلاقها بقوة وطلبوا مني عدم فتحتها كونها الليله الاخيره لي وعند التوجهه للاستقبال لتقديم شكوى تفاجات باشخاص اخرين غيري يشتكون من نفس الشيء
صحيح انهم احتفلوا بعيد ميلادي وهذا لطف منهم وكان جميل جدا 🙏🏼 لكن لا اكرر الزياده بسبب النظافة

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Made me feel right at home. Amazing art work and a love setting to spend my last night. Ms Mariam Mofdy and Ahmed Farid were so helpful and welcoming 🥰

Um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Kairo zu besuchen, würde ich ein nach innen liegendes Zimmer wählen
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und der große Poolbereich im Innenhof.

Cons:

Die ständigen Geräusche durch Ventilatoren des benachbarten Hyatt Hotels (wir hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auch die Pyramiden, dies lag direkt gegenüber der auf dem Dach stehenden Klimageräte des Hyatt Hotel auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite) und durch häufige Geräusche an- und abfahrender Busse im Eingangsbereich des eigenen Hyatt Hotels (vor Ort gibt es bekanntlich zwei Hyatt-Hotels die nebeneinander liegen).

Good choice near historical sites (pyramids, grand museum) and plenty of services.
Pros:

Staff was really nice, food was good and hotel offer plenty of services.

Cons:

We booked a room for 2 adult + 12-year old kid. The room felt a bit small and there was no option for a supplementary bed.
