Pros:

The location was more than amazing. The rooms were so comfortable and the view was good.
I would also like to thank Mr Mostapha Ismail the receptionist for facilitating everything and Ms Kenzy the guest relations for the birthday cake.

L’hotel è molto moderno e pulito. Fantastica la piscina e la colazione. Il ristorante dell’hotel è molto buono e si possono trovare altri ristoranti negli hotel vicini.

My stay at Hyatt Centric Cairo West was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, every member of the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly hospitable, warm, and kind, and their attention to detail made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and has a modern yet artistic feel that gives it so much character. Every space feels thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that is both relaxing and inspiring.

It’s rare to find a hotel where outstanding service, beautiful design, and comfort come together so seamlessly, but Hyatt Centric Cairo West exceeded all my expectations. I truly loved my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Everything was in a modern style, and the room we had was great. Mostafa Ismail was a great help and kindly offered us a room upgrade into a fantastic room. The other Mostafa was also very nice and helpful. We truly appreciated their hospitality and support.
