Het ontbijt was prima. De "laundry service" is ook goed

Cons:

Bij aankomst in de kamer bleek de douche gel op te zijn. Je zou toch zeggen dat dat wel even gecontroleerd wordt. Ah zwembad is er een DJ die zijn muziek veel te hard draait. Mogelijk tot conversatie was er nauwelijks. Bovendien komt het personeel ook niet vragen of je een drankje wil. Bij het diner is er live muziek. Opzich leuk! Maar, dit moet wel als achtergrond dienen. De versterker stond zo hard dat je naar elkaar moest schreeuwen om jezelf verstaanbaar te kunnen maken. Dan was er nog de bar waar ze je gewoon weigeren te bedienen. De eerste avond was er gewoon niemand. Nog een paar keer gevraagd of we nog een drankje konden krijgen. Er werd ons beloofd dat er iemand zou komen. Maar, niemand gezien. De tweede keer dat we daar zaten konden we wel aan de bar bestellen. Ik bestelde een Cuba libre maar kreeg een long Island ice tea die veel duurder was. Toen ik er wat van zei kon de barvrouw ineens geen Engels meer. Ik heb het er maar bij laten zitten. De laatste dag vroeg ik in de ochtend of ze een reservering konden maken in een restaurant. Ze zouden me laten weten wanneer het was gelukt. Na een aantal uur niks gehoord besloot ik het hotel te berichten via booking.com. Het bleek dat ze niks met mijn verzoek hadden gedaan. Uiteindelijk hebben ze de reservering wel gemaakt. Al met al niet heel best
