Pros:

Close to the airport. It was a bit of a schlep to walk to the correct bus stop with all our heavy luggage to catch the free airport shuttle. So just prepare yourself for a hectic walk.
The room was very spacious 👌 and had a very nice kitchenette. the bathroom was quite huge too. The water pressure in the shower was great. Our room was clean. It was great for a one night stay especially if you have an early morning flight from incheon airport.
There was also a CU (convenience store) on the ground floor👌

Cons:

I couldn't get my hands in a trolley to load up all my luggage (I had 6 suitcases) and I had to bring all of them up to the room, one by one.
Nothing I didn't like about the room, we only stayed for 1 night.

Good value for an overnight stay near the airport.
Pros:

Convenient accommodation for an airport transfer. Very large room, clean and plenty of light. The free shuttle bus was an added plus. Walking distance to the Casino City, several convenience stores nearby.

Cons:

The reception is not always at the front desk. The hallway is super dark, it felt a little spooky.
