No es posible que te llamen a 10 minutos de tu estancia para decirte un cuento chino que se rompió un tubo y no tienen tu habitación. Escogí ese hotel y confié en la reserva porque estaba muy cerca de mi destino. Me enviaron al otro lado de la cuidad diciendo que era de la misma cadena

No vuelvo a reservar aquí.
Pros:

Nada, cuando llegamos, luego de haberme confirmado la reserva, me dijeron que no habían habitaciones disponibles. Que mal servicio.

Cons:

Que no fueron serios, si hay una reserva, se debe respetar, si no hay disponibilidad, debieron haberlo informado desde un comienzo y no hacernos ir a perder el tiempo.

Cons:

Tenían abiertas las reservas por acá y la hice, llegué al hotel y que no tenían habitación que porque ya tenían reservas de una persona que no había llegado. Intentaron solucionar con otro otro hotel que lejos de ese y esperaban que yo supiera dónde estaba, además que me decían que debía cancelar yo la reserva. Muy mal servicio esta vez. Es el hotel favorito para mi equipo de trabajo pero creo que dejaré de usarlo
