Okay.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Valet parking was absolutely amazing.

Cons:

I booked a room with a king bed and ended up with a queen.
There was one employee who worked the desk at night that would get hateful with my fiancé because he would ask questions as to where ice machine was, etc.
There were not a whole lot of channels available on the tv.
There was not a complimentary breakfast and the restaurant in the hotel was very expensive.

Pros:

The property was very clean. The staff was so hospitable! Ubers were quick to arrive! The rooms were comfortable and the air quality was clean! The noon check out was super convenient and the staff held our bags for a few hours in their baggage room so we could go for one last frolick on the line scooters and explore the city before we headed to the airport

Cons:

The rooms do not have balconies but there is a rooftop bar. The restaurant has a lot of furniture piled up and it’s kind of an eye sore.

Cons:

The AC unit was very loud and kept turning off and on through the night making it difficult to fall asleep.
Not enough lighting in room. The window allowed a lot of natural lighting into room, but not enough on a cloudy day.

Pros:

Great location to both Audi Stadium and the Nationals Park. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and retail stores.

Cons:

First nights stay was a little warm in our room. We just chalked it up to the heat wave that has half of the country in its grip. The next day we moved, without issue, to another room where the AC was phenomenal. Also our remaining stay was price adjusted as our new room was smaller from the original reservation.

New. Great location close to the Nationals. Bars, restaurants 10-15 min walk.

Cons:

Rooftop bar and lobby bar not open.

Loved the location and room

Cons:

There were a bunch of kids in the hotel for a group trip and they were extremely loud at night. It would have been nice if the hotel could have reinforced noise discipline with the adults chaperoning the kids.

Horrible!!
Pros:

Location since it was close to Audi Field, where I was going to see a Soccer game. That was the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Location is crowded, police everywhere. I felt unsafe. It was hard to valet my car. There wasn't enough space to even pull up in front of the hotel. Not to mention the valet attendant was busy chatting up someone socially a non-customer. So I sat in the street waiting till I was forced to circle the block by the police. I circled 5 times until I could pull up and valet my car. The hotel website and a sign in the room said there was room service. I ordered room service for my son and me, and no one came. I went to the front desk and was told there was no room service. So I had to DoorDash food. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The beds looked like someone had slept in it and just gotten out of it. I will never ever stay at this hotel again, not even if the room were free.
