Pros:

Staff support in solving payment issue I had faced with kiosk machine was very good.

Cons:

Hot water heater not function.
Water tap in bathroom damaged and caused leaking. Even seen due to lifetime better to check before customer check in.

Pros:

The self service was easy and practical.

Cons:

There is not isolation (outside and inside) and you can hear everything. AC sound all the night was very lousy (not us but other room bc our AC was turned off). I had to sleep with my AirPods. The bed was dirty with body hair everywhere and yellow stains. The room was freezing during the night. (We haven’t slept in the sheet it was too dirty).
