The whole stay from check in to checking out was excellent , staff very friendly and welcoming .
Stayed in Room 202 and think the large shower head needs replacing , wasn’t a problem as there was a secondary hand held unit .

No air con. Step into bathroom. Cost of breakfast v high and complicated options with extra cost for individual items.
I didn't have breakfast. The location was convenient for my needs, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.
The provision of milk was just adequate and more would had been preferable.
Air con would have been very useful as the weather was exceptionally hot. A fan was provided which was much appreciated. Had there been two people in the room two fans would have been needed for any level of comfort.

We came for a family wedding close by - the George was a wonderful find.
Lovely rooms, big and comfy, well decorated.
We had dinner one evening, and a few breakfasts and every time the food was delicious.
The car park at the back felt very safe and was convenient.
The big bonus was the staff - everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, big mention to Sylvana.
Honestly I can't fault it - it was quite hot in the corridor and in our room but we were able to open the 3 windows in our room to cool it down at night.

The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you could wish for.

Beautiful room - excellent facilities - very luxurious room. The bed was amazingly comfortable, perfect room temperature and perfect pillows !
