Man muss noch einiges überarbeiten
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Stadtmitte. Die Villa ist sehr neu und liegt in einem Einheimischen Viertel. Aber alles sicher. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. Es sind genug Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden, durch ein Tor gesichert - das jedoch die ganze Nacht nicht abgeschlossen wird.

Cons:

Leider haben uns ein paar Punkte überhaupt nicht gefallen. Man bekommt seinen Nachbarn direkt mit, egal ob beim Duschen, Toilettengang oder beim Verlassen das Zimmers. Es ist alles sehr hellhörig. Ebenso fehlte uns im Bad die Duschabtrennung (Bad war nach dem Duschen überflutet), Ablageflächen ( habe unser Kulturbeutel auf dem Boden stellen müssen) und ein Stuhl im Zimmer. Man hatte keine Möglichkeiten seine Sachen abzulegen. Aber für 3 Personen war auch nicht genug Platz für Koffer vorhanden. Das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht unser. Wir haben einen Teller mit 2 Stück Käse, einer aufgeschnittenen Tomate und etwas Gurke bekommen. Dazu gab es ein kleines Schälchen Butter und Marmelade, 3 Eier und 5 Scheiben Toast und 4 kleine frittierte Pfannenbrote. Der Kaffee war nicht heiß und nur der erste beim Frühstück inkludiert. Da muss wirklich noch dran gearbeitet werden. Wir haben uns direkt nach dem Check out noch ein Frühstück außerhalb bestellt.

Pros:

Situé à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Berat, le logement est idéal pour la visite. Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Le rez-de-chaussée est très bruyant car les chambres sont au niveau de la réception et de la salle de déjeuner.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und Zimmer war sehr sauber. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Für das Frühstück wäre ein Buffet angenehmer.
Ein Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer zusätzlich zum Badmülleimer um z. B. Wasserflaschen wegzuwerfen wäre noch sehr praktisch.
