Pros:

Très bon emplacement, la dame qui gère l’établissement est d’une gentillesse sans nom.
Parking, à proximité de supérette et de berat.
Je recommande fortement, petit déjeuner très copieux
Je n’ai jamais vu d’établissement aussi propre

Cons:

Nous étions au rez de chaussée donc c’est un peu mal insonorisé et on entend l’ouverture du portail ainsi que le passage à l’accueil.

Mejor estancia de Berat calidad/precio
Pros:

La chica de recepción era muy amable y considerada, abría la puerta cuando llegábamos con el coche y cuando salíamos( no era eléctrica salía y abría a mano), me recomendó muchos sitios para visitar cuando le dije mi intinerario y nos recibía siempre con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja

Pros:

Very nice woman at the reception, she served us nicely. There is a private parking where you can leave your car, close to the center and other facilities, good location.

Номер хороший ,единственное не помешала бы шторка в душе.

Pros:

The house was new and the room was clean. We had a four bed room. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

1) The biggest problem was the noise made by animals (cocks and dogs) in several surrounding houses through the night.
2) We had a balcony in our room but it was empty, no chairs, nothing so we couldn't use it.
3) The beds were making very loud creaking noise. You really have to do something about it!
4) Wifi was not working properly. It was switching from online to offline.
5) There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

Super Unterkunft
Pros:

Super sauber, alles noch neu, Parkplatz im Hof direkt beim Haus, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Ideal für ein oder zwei Nächte in Berat. Weit genug entfernt vom Trubel und der lauten Musik in Berat am Abend. Schön ruhig, inmitten einer albanischen Nachbarschaft.

Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal . Schön ruhig gelegen mit Parkplatz im Hof. Super Betten und alles sehr sauber .

Cons:

Das es keine Abtrennung in der Dusche gab und dadurch das bad immer gleich ganz nass war .
