Great location, right by the tram stop. Lovely hotel, very funky, would highly recommend
Pros:

Clean. Lots of space. Different areas to sit and enjoy food and drinks or just relax. The pool is amazing and very long, loved it!

Cons:

The pool is very cold. It was fine for us because it was super hot when we stayed but this might be an issue with cooler weather

Great potential, just needs to work on being more welcoming.
Pros:

Location, roof top bars and pool

Cons:

Pool was not heated. Staff were cold and indifferent and the bathroom was not as clean as I’d expect with built up dirt in corners

The Perfect place to stay in Florence for our trip
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location to get into the city centre, it has amazing facilities and everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. Loved the roof terrace, pool and gym as well as communal areas to sit and work in reception. The room was very comfortable and food in the restaurant was of excellent quality. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great spot for a few days. Off-peak probably better as the pool would be less busy
Pros:

Comfy beds and convenient hotel, especially as it had parking. The check in experience was easy and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The pool, although being nice, was absolutely heaving. So busy you almost couldn't see any water.
