Pros:

L’emplacement parfait pour visiter et aller direct à l’aéroport.
Très bel hôtel moderne !
Le rooftop avec une superbe vue sur le Duomo, végétation luxuriante et plein de coins sympas pour s’assoir et manger. Plusieurs bars extérieurs et points pour nourriture du monde variée.
La piscine a température parfaite moderne et bordée de transats sur tout le tour.

Cons:

Pas d’emplacement couvert sur le rooftop : on s’est pris un orage, obligés de finir l’apéro dans la chambre.
Les chips et chocolats que m’on croyait nous être offerts car en évidence et sans prix visible sont payants !

You will love your stay
Pros:

It was just WOW. Free Ironing and Laundry. Super nice staff. Nice room with AC. Spotless sheets. Nice rooftop pool. I loved having NESPRESSO original coffee machine and capsules. The tram T2 is right in front of the hotel.

Pros:

Absolutely fantastic hotel with incredible amenities, right on the tram stop. The self service check-in with very attentive staff was very quick and much preferred over the standard check in. This hotel exceeded my expectations and raised the bar for a great hotel with great value

Cons:

Nothing could be improved. The place is great!

Loved this place, definitely worth it for the pool.
Pros:

So nice and clean.
Great pool, it was incredible! We went there everyday and always got a spot on sun-beds.
Staff in reception were really helpful and welcoming!
Great vibes!

Cons:

We were placed in a room directly under construction work happening in floor 4. We were not warned about this and were woken up on 2 days by an extremely loud constant drilling where we couldn’t hear each other talk- but thankfully, once mentioned to reception staff we were moved straight away.

Pros:

Prachtig groot hotel met vanalles te beleven. We mochten vroeger op onze kamer. Kamer was ruim, proper en modern. Het rooftoppool was echt wel adembenemend. Op het hele dak zijn er ook super veel zitmogelijkheden met 360 graden uitzicht. Centrum is iets meer dan een km. Het hotel heeft ondergrondse parking. Dit kost wel 10 euro per dag.

Cons:

Housekeeping slechts 1 x gehad op 3 dagen. En dan nog enkel bed ververst en de oude lakens op de grond in de kamer laten liggen. Niks gepoetst, niks opgeruimd, geen water bijgevuld. Dit kan echt niet vind ik.
Het onbijt wordt niet op tijd bijgevuld. We hebben slechts 1 persoon gezien die dit deed, maar 1 persoon krijgt dit natuurlijk niet gedaan. Nochtans werktte ze heel hard. Toen wij gingen was heel veel op. Beter hier meerdere personen opzetten. Ook s'avonds in het restaurant moest 1 persoon alles regelen. Ok hij werktte heel hard. Ik vind dat social hub hier extra personeel moet opzetten.

Praktisch hotel, goed ontbijt, goed restaurant, vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader.
Pros:

Lekker ontbijtbuffet met heel veel keuze. Het restaurant biedt lekker lunch en dinner, democratische prijzen. Vriendelijke bediening. Een grote plus; je kan van de luchthaven een tram nemen die na 9 haltes voor de ingang van het hotel stopt. dezelfde tram brengt je na 2 haltes in het centrum van Firenze. Een tramrit kost je 1euro, je hoeft geen ticket te nemen, je kan contactloos met je bankkaart betalen.
Goede airco in het hele gebouw, veel faciliteiten.

It was lovely, but research what you want from your stay in Florence
Pros:

There are lots of ammenities, lovely roof top and pool. los of opportunity to gather, Great laundry room operated from the App, i loved that. I would recommend to solo travellers they really try and create community

Cons:

Its a very big, very modern hotel, caters to the youth market and we felt very old. Once we understood what it was it was fine. It seems to have just opened so a few service teething issues, always had to ask for cofee pods to be replenished. Its also a good 20 min into the centre of Florence but the tram is right outside. We had 2 teenage children and their room was in a whole other section in the student accommodation. It was my fault for not checking, there is another Social Club closer to town that more in line with Florence asthetic, it

An amazing experience!
Pros:

Loved the sustainable element of the hotel and how clean it was. The rooftop terrace is fabulous!

Cons:

More gluten free options in the bakery and the restaurant would be better
