I would choose a different hotel
Pros:

Tolles Hotel aber Straßenlärm
Pros:

Haben das Hotel mit Rabatt gebucht.
Personal unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind in sehr gutem Zustand und das Studio ist mit separater Kochnische + Kühlschrank und Aufenthaltsraum. Ebenso die 4- und 3-Bettzimmer. Ausstattung Bad mit Fön und hochwertigen Duschprodukten.
Dachterrasse mit Pool (sehr klein) und schöner Innenhof.

Cons:

Das Poolwasser war nicht sauber und wurde nur nach Hinweis von leeren Flaschen befreit.
Das inklusive Frühstück fällt sehr übersichtlich aus. Omelett oder Hot Cakes.
Die Lage im Stadtzentrum führt zu massiver Lärmbelästigung bis weit nach 24:00 Uhr

Sehr nettes Personal, super Frühstück, Lage top

Cons:

Es war alles suoer, ausser dass abends ab 22.00 Uhr bis ca. 2.00 Uhr morgens sehr laute Musik von den Bars nebenan lief, man kann trotz bereitgelegten Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen, so laut ist es leider.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber. Schöne Dachterasse mit Pool.

Cons:

Leider war die Küche im Apartment nicht gut ausgestattet, keine Teller und kein Besteck vorhanden.

Pros:

- la déco soignée
- A l' accueil on nous a avertis du bruit des boîtes de nuits environnantes et on a eu la possibilité entre 2 choix de chambres. Nous avons apprécié cette attention.
- boutiques et restaurants à deux pas
- possibilité de manger sur place (10% de remise)
- possibilité de se garer dans la rue facilement

Cons:

- boule quies obligatoire (musique très forte avec basse jusqu'à 2h du matin)
- roof top avec bar et piscine à l'abandon, c'est dommage

Great stay! The hotel stands out for its authentic Mexican eco style – very cozy, neat and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. Convenient location – close to the center of Tulum.

Service was wonderful answered every request quickly, free breakfast was awesome!

Cons:

Definitely need paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe larger garbage cans, other than that great!

Personeel erg vriendelijk en legt van alles uit.

Cons:

We wisten van tevoren dat er geluidsoverlast zou zijn van omliggende clubs. Het was echter echt heel hard. Je kan hierdoor niet slapen, stopt pas midden in de nacht.

We enjoyed our stay at Noah Hotel . Dante and his staff were all amazing and so helpful.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the caramel macchiato coffee in the morning ! So delicious ! All the food I had at the hotel was great !

Cons:

The lighting in the room. I get the ambiance they were going for , it was just a tad dark for me to get ready and do my makeup .
