I can only highly recommend this hotel to everyone, because my stay there—from start to finish—was simply incredible.
Pros:

If I could rate this hotel 100 out of 10, I truly would. It was the best hotel experience of my entire life.

I have never received so much care and support anywhere before. On the day I arrived in Istanbul, I became very ill. When I informed the hotel manager, he immediately started taking care of my condition. One of the hotel staff spent two hours during the night searching all over Istanbul for an open pharmacy just to buy me the medication I needed. After that, he brought me food and constantly checked on how I was feeling.

In the morning, I was even allowed to check out two hours later than the official time, and the staff kept asking if I was okay, if I needed anything to eat, to sleep, or if everything was fine.

Honestly, I was deeply surprised by this level of hospitality. I have traveled to 40 countries, and I have never experienced such genuine care in any hotel anywhere in the world.

The hotel itself is in a perfect location—very close to the Karaköy ferry station, as well as the metro, tram, and bus stops. Although it is a small hotel, it is extremely cozy, comfortable, and very clean.

Everything was perfect, and I will definitely come back again.

Cons:

No lo recomiendo. Avisamos nuestro horario de llegada y no habia nadie. Luego de subir nuestro equipaje al cuarto nos dijeron que ese no era el nuestro que luego debíamos cambiarlo dos pisos mas abajo. Luego de estar dos dias en ese cuarto, el último dia nos hicieron cambiar a un edificio a 300 metros de donde estábamos y cuando llegamos ahí el conserje no tenía idea, sumado a que no tenían ningún cuarto libre hasta las 14 30hs. Tuvimos que dejar nuestro equipaje en la entrada de ese hotel y a la tarde recibimos otro mensaje qué debíamos volver al primer hotel pero a otro cuarto. Ante nuestra negativa, decidieron de manera UNILATERAL y SIN NUESTRA AUTORIZACIÓN tomaron nuestro equipaje y llevarlo al otro hotel.

Cons:

It was super hard to find the place, no signage at the place either. Apparently they have a staffed reception 24/7. When I arrived at 8am there was nobody there but to make things worse, I got an email of them just then telling me that they cancel my booking as people in my room had decided to stay longer and I should look for other accommodation and can cancel my booking free of charge. I have never encountered a less professional service in my 63 years of life!!

Awesome experience, will like to stay again.
Pros:

one of the best views of city, attaturk and metro bridge over bosphorus. lively feeling with traffic running round the clock.

Cons:

being an apartment, if they include breakfast in the same price, i will be more happy.

Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación. Super céntrico. Si estás sin carro mejor todavía porque no hay donde estacionar pero la verdad es que todo queda caminando. Estaba limpio, wifi funcionaba y el agua caliente funcionaba bien.

Cons:

En general me gustó todo. Es un edf pequeño y sin ascensor, por lo cual, es bueno tomarlo en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida pero en general bien.

Номер был не убран. На постели были длинные волосы, в комнате много насекомых. На просьбу убраться или сменить номер, был ответ чтобы подождали завтрашнего дня. Это неприемлемо. До завтра было не возможно находится.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und super freundlicher Vermieter
Pros:

Der Besitzer ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Im Zimmer im ersten Stock hat man einen Blick auf die Straße, aber v.a. auch in die Stadt und aufs Wasser. Direkt gegenüber des Apartments liegt ein Park, durch den man bis zur Galatabrücke laufen kann.
