Everything was very quiet and felt safe.

Cons:

I chose this location because of the free airport pick-up. When I said that my flight was arriving at 8:55pm, they warned me that they would only do free airport pick-ups until 9:45pm. I called for the pick-up at 9:15pm, as I was collecting my luggage. Then, I waited for 30 minutes, until the driver arrived at exactly 9:46pm - and demanded that I pay for the shuttle.

Excellent rapport qualité prix :
L’accueil était parfait, le gérant est plein de bon conseils et arrangeant. Le dortoir est grand et comporte des casiers pratiques. La literie est confortable, avec des prises près du lit, la douche est chaude, et la cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle.
L’hostel est bien placé à 10 min de la grande place, et calme ! Je recommande +++

Pros:

Es un lugar bastante seguro, cerca del aeropuerto y la atención de la Señora Gabriela espectacular. Una señora muy humilde, amable y respetuosa.

Cons:

Tienen bastante espacio para una piscina un poco más grandecita. Bueno, aparte de que la pequeña que tienen estaba vacía.

Prettig voor een korte overnachting voor of na een vlucht.
Pros:

Fijne locatie direct nabij de luchthaven. Prettig dat er een shuttle service bij ingrepen zit.

Cons:

De kamers zijn gehorig. Daarnaast is de verlichting in de hal te zien via een venster boven de deur.

Pros:

Practiquisimo para pasar la noche cerca aeropuerto cuando llegas de un vuelo tarde y tienes otro temprano.
Despende la hora te ofrecen traslado gratuito (sino un taxi es muy rapido)
Cama grande y comoda desayuno casero

Funcionários não são simpáticos, estão sempre a recusar qualquer pedido!

Pedi um dia o pequeno almoço 15 mn antes , e a funcionária já tinha tudo preparado no balcão, e ela teve o azar de recusar servir porque faltava 15mn , não esperava que eu pedisse a direção do hotel para falar com ela ! E teve de me servir .

O checking também não correu nada bem.
Os problemas foram sempre com os funcionários…

Friendly but incompetent service
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, they let me check in to my room quite early in the morning as I arrived on a morning flight. The room is pretty comfortable and the place is quiet for sleeping aside from planes.

Cons:

I booked a shuttle back to the airport for 4:15, filling the correct time out in the form and confirming with staff, later I double checked but no matter how many times I explained I wanted to leave at 4:15 the staff member seemed incapable of understanding this. Eventually it all seemed resolved but in the morning the shuttle hadn’t appeared and I was told it was booked for 4:30, making me late. Given this is an airport hotel this service is pretty important to get right and am still unclear why I had to repeat myself so many times. As I left too early for breakfast, they kindly told me I could swap my breakfast for dinner, but when I went to order I was informed that I had to order from the breakfast menu not the dinner menu. When I chose to pay for an actual dinner they offered me a takeaway sandwich in place of the breakfast the next day, I confirmed it should be vegetarian and they clearly said it would be just cheese. In the morning I was handed a ham sandwich. There were also annoying issues with the room, such as the plug socket being in the middle of the wall so unless you had a really long cable you couldn’t charge anything, and there being no bedside lamp.
