Terrible stay, I end up not staying there 2nd night rather give up paid money
Pros:

The only thing ok is they are new renovated

Cons:

AC is too loud . The sound insulation is very poor
Customer service is terrible , they reply message only like a robot

Great Place

The facilities were good and I would stay again if it didn’t end up costing me $500 a night.

I liked that I could check in late as I was visiting friends and was on the water at 3:00 pm

Cons:

So I originally booked for 2 room starting on Saturday, on Wednesday i realized that my two other friends were not coming. I sent a message through the booking site as I couldn’t seem to cancel only one room. I didn’t hear back from anyone but eventually found a way to do the one room cancellation. I received a $10 refund even though the rooms were over $200 each. So in total I paid over $500 for a one night stay in one room. I thought I’d get back the price of one of the rooms.

Clean, quiet, bright and comfy accommodation that I would recommend and certainly book again.
Pros:

Bright, clean, nice decor, great storage, windows that open for fresh air, comfortable seating outdoors, we did not use the sauna or hot tub but that was a special feature, the Twinkie lights at night were fun.

Cons:

I prefer a harder mattress but my friend enjoyed hers so that is a personal thing, facial tissue is usually included, the refrigerator is unusually noisy, an addition of either hooks or towel bar on the back of bathroom door would be very useful.
A heads up about the train would be helpful it startled the heck out of us at 10.30 at night

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Very clean and the beds are very comfortable, although they are lower which is great if you are short (like me) but can be hard to get out of if you have mobility issues. Walk in shower. Good parking.

Cons:

Lack of communication with staff, difficult to find someone if you had problems or questions.
Large step into room which is NOT good for those with mobility issues.
Bed pillows are the largest I have ever seen. TOO large to use for sleeping but made great backrests.

Pros:

I liked everything in the property and especially how they allow pets. Everyone was really nice and very attentive. I would stay here over and over again! Really great for a last minute booking as well!

We’d definitely stay here again, was so comfortable.
Pros:

Location cleanliness and the updates - great job - beautifully done, very modern and comfortable. Mattresses so comfy and to my surprise so were the pillows. I love the coffee and tea set up, everything was right there in a quaint space. Water pressure was great. Lot of closet space. The property has many sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful gardens Just all around great !!

Cons:

Overall was great, a few things about the room that could use some attention, needs a smoke detector installed - it was wired just missing then detector, the tap was lose, toilet set a bit lose and the fan makes an awful scream. That’s it just minor honey list :)

Would highly recommend to friends and family.
Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable and great location. Staff very polite and professional when contacted. Oh!, great coffee as well.

Wish cable tv was available, but not end of the world.

Cozy, clean, comfortable stay in Muskoka!
Pros:

The “Stay Inn” felt cozy and intimate. It was great to practically drive up to our door, the rooms were up-to-date, incredibly clean and functional. Communication with the staff was excellent. When we first arrived, we had a little trouble with the code to our room. We received a call, and another staff person came to our door to re-program the lock immediately. During our stay, we booked the sauna and the staff had it heated, left us robes, and sent us word when it was ready!

Cons:

We really did enjoy our stay. There could be a little more sound-proofing between rooms or between the room and the outer deck/walkway. Happily, there wasn’t much foot-traffic during our stay, but we could still hear every person arriving and leaving.
The foam beds were quite comfy in the middle, but too soft around the edges- it felt like you could fall out!
