The hotel and room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is not as fancy as others, but it was a great value and gave us what we needed while walking the Camino.

Después de reservar, se supone que me mandaban el pin para ingresar al enviar mi DNI por el
WhatsApp. Nunca lo mandaron, a la llegada no tenían mi habitación, se la habían dado a otra persona, al no tener pin tuve que esperar 35 minutos a que alguien llegara al hotel, para finalmente darme una habitación que no era la reservada y que tenía el baño para discapacitados, lo cual no era nada cómodo. Con una habitación con cama de matrimonio y dos camas individuales en poco espacio. La limpieza de la habitación a la mañana siguiente fue superficial, limitándose a hacer la cama y poco más. Sin vaciar basura ni limpiar suelos. A la noche alguien fumó en una habitación saltando la alarma de incendios a la 1:30 am. Te ofrecen desayuno y tienen el restaurante cerrado, incomprensible.
Ubicación. Supermercado cerca y buen aparcamiento
En general, la estancia fue correcta, pero hubo algunos aspectos que creo que podrían mejorar.
En primer lugar, la nevera hacía bastante ruido durante la noche. Se ponía en marcha, se paraba y volvía a arrancar a los pocos minutos, por lo que resultó bastante molesto para dormir.
Por otro lado, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien y se salía el agua, lo que hacía que fuera un poco incómodo ducharse.
Además, en la habitación no había champú. Llamé a una persona que trabajaba allí y he de decir que fue muy amable en todo momento. Sin embargo, ocurrió algo un poco extraño: vino a recoger el dosificador para rellenarlo y cuando me lo devolvió, al ir a ducharme comprobé que seguía vacío. No entendí muy bien qué pudo pasar, si simplemente se equivocó y me devolvió el bote sin rellenar o qué ocurrió. No volví a avisar porque solo me quedaba una noche y no quise darle más vueltas, aunque sí me pareció una situación un poco rara.😅
Por lo demás, el trato recibido fue correcto.
Está en el trayecto del camino inglés, no es necesario desviarte. La habitación es amplia y en buenas condiciones.
El hotel se encuentra en un polígono industrial a una distancia considerada de la población en el caso de ir sin coche como fue mi caso. Cerca hay un restaurante que no sirve cenas, con los trabajadores del hotel se concretó la cena entre las 20 - 21 h, a las 20:15 h no había nadie en el restaurante del hotel por lo que tuve que ir a cenar al Mercadona.
Cama cómoda y limpio
La ubicación en un polígono donde estaba todo cerrado al ser domingo, solamente hay un bar en una gasolinera que abre de 6:00 a 17:00, nos ofrecieron en el hotel un menú de cena por 15€, lo pedimos y cuando nos lo trajeron nos quisieron cobrar 24€ como si hubiésemos pedido a la carta
Fene isn't a popular stop on the Camino Ingles but we broke up our stages this way so it's convenient that the hotel was along the path and close to Gadis.
It's in the middle of nowhere. Getting hot food at the restaurant was difficult, and they ask you to pre-order for dinner which is understandable. However they start dinner service at 8 and as we got down, the whole hotel was closed. We didn't get to sit until 10 mins later and we were the only guests. It's as if there were only 2 staff members for the whole place which was pitiful - a guest had been waiting by the door for a while before checking in because there was no one at the reception. I would understand if it was a b&b but it's a mid-size hotel with a lift and dozens of rooms.
