Premium Inn is just what we needed for our visit to Mombasa, service and facilities were excellent
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Dining room appealing and food excellent - great range of food for breakfast and an evening menu with great choice. Staff accommodating to individual’s needs

Cons:

Lacking public space to sit and relax if you didn’t want to be in your room, or the entrance foyer.

Pros:

We got upgraded by the hotel, which was a nice experience! Overall the room matches the quality you expect.

Cons:

Sound isolation between rooms can be improved, although it was mostly quiet during sleeping hours

Grosse u komfortable Zimmer. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Hotel-Shuttle vom SGR war überteuert u der Service miserabel. Fahrer erwartete uns nicht am Bahnhofsausgang, sondern am mehr als 250 m entfernten Parkplatz, so dass wir unseren Weg mit Gepäck durch die grosse Menge aufdringlicher Taxifahrer bahnen mussten. Danach noch 15 Minuten Wartezeit, weil der Fahrer noch eine Erledigung am Fahrkartenschalter hatte. Dennoch berechnete uns das Hotel den vollen Preis (KES 4,400). Ohne diese negative Erfahrung könnte die Bewertung für volle 10 Punkte reichen.

Clean, comfortable rooms a convenient distance from the Airport
Pros:

Room clean and spacious with excellent mattresses. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very nice vehicle for airport transfer. Good baked pastries at breakfast

Cons:

Carpets in passage looked a bit tired but don’t be put off. We had a wonderful stay
